I liked the location and the ambience of the hotel. It’s right next to Wetland and close to the metro. The room was very spacious. The staff is very nice and friendly.

Tidy and modern hotel with nice communal areas to hangout in. There's also a pool table and table tennis. Our room was comfy and clean with complimentary water and biscuits each day. Breakfast was good with a few options. Location was great with the metro just around the corner.

The location was superb—just an 8-minute walk to the lake. The staff were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to assist us, even carrying our luggage up the steep stairs and helping load it into the taxi. The staff member we interacted with spoke English and was very helpful in guiding us to the lake and recommending lunch options. The hotel is definitely value for money. We only stayed for a few hours during our transit, but the experience was pleasant overall.

very friendly staffs, especially jenny and jessica - we couldn’t order food on our alipay app and they eventually helped me with it. Room is super, comfy bed with big bathroom.

The breakfast was simple, but ok. We got very nice tea, and dumplings! The best with our stay was the very helpful hostess, who booked tables for us at restaurants (the extremely good vegetarian restaurant – totally amazing!) and went out of her way to make sure we got a Didi in time when we were leaving.

Everything! The food was amazing and the guest house is literally cozy. I felt like I was at home. Vivian is a wonderful person. Definitely will come back if I will ever stay in Hangzhou!
