Felt like we were staying at someone’s home and cared for very kindly! The location was great, walks in the neighbourhood brought us to wonderful nature. Lovely staff, local breakfast, the teas in the tea room were great as well! Fresh fruit at night! Hangzhou is a great place especially the nature outdoors! Seems like a fake review, but everything was excellent. Many thanks, we will be back.

מלון נוק חאנגג'ואו (The Nook Hotel Hangzhou) עוצב בעדינות על-ידי אמנים מקומיים ומקבל את פניכם באווירה אמנותית ואירוח משובח. Everything was exceptional! Both check in and check out were fast and smooth, the close proximity to the metro station was super convenient. We were amazed by the vast choices at the breakfast buffet and how wonderful the buffet looked, you can also order additional things such as freshly made eggs etc. The room was spacious and came with complimentary mini bar drinks and snacks which were refilled daily, as well as a tea set with two local types of tea and a Nespresso coffee machine. On top of that there was a coffee machine, an iced tea, and a pot of hot tea in the hotel lobby and every afternoon they would be accompanied by a variety of freshly made snacks and sweet treats such as sandwiches, french fries, onion rings and chicken nuggets, cream puffs, oatmeal with yoghurt and fresh fruit. The staff were very attentive and super friendly, some of them can speak english. We were absolutely stunned by everything this hotel offered, we‘ll be back for sure.

Only a 5-minute drive from Lingyin Temple, Yurong West Lake Cottage Resort Hotel Hangzhou features nicely decorated guest rooms with free WiFi. All rooms come with underfloor heating. The location was superb. It was very serene. The most memorable afternoon stroll I've had was by the lake. Everything was great most especially the staff.

Wonderful 2-story suite. Convenient location with a subway entrance just outside the hotel. It's great to have a washing machine in the middle of a long trip!
