The hotel is simply great. There's nothing they don't do. The location couldn't be better. Excellent staff, both at the hotel and the bar/restaurant. We'll certainly be back.

In the center of Lugano, Hotel Pestalozzi is only 500 ft from the shores of Lake Lugano. Free Wi-Fi is available. the location is great 10 mins to Funiculare and easy to catch train at Lugano Station, it’s easy to walk to christmas market, centre park and lake. The room is cozy and clean. Breakfast is really great especially cold cut and cheese. All Staff are friendly and heartfelt.

Located on the lake promenade near the traffic-free center of Lugano, Hotel Walter Au Lac offers you rooms with superb lake views. WiFi is free of charge. All air-conditioned rooms are renovated. The location is closed to city center and easy to walk around. The staffs were very helpful. The room is comfortable and quiet even the room on the lake side that is closed to the street. Also the BF is at expectation.

The Hotel Acquarello is located in the Old Town of Lugano, right at the lower terminus of the funicular connecting the center to the main railway station. the breakfast was amazing. The location was a bit hard to find I had to ask a lot of people for directions, I think it would be nice if they mentioned in the email how to get to the hotel

The Hotel de la Paix is near Lake Lugano, about 0.6 mi from the city center and the train station. It offers an out-door pool, free WiFi, free parking on site and free mini-bar use. The room was super comfortable and clean! The breakfast was ok! The two things I liked most was: the location (super near city center) and the staffs (who gave me a free ticket for public transportation and a discount for San Salvatore Lift that was the most amazing thing I did in Lugano). They also allowed me to do late checkout for free. I would hardly recommend it!

This family-owned hotel is centrally located just a short walk from Lugano town center and its breathtaking lakeshore, and the famous Piazza Riforma with its many sidewalk cafés. Absolutely everything! Beautifully kept place with lovely breakfast in the garden. The staff is responsive and smiling. The feeling is special. We will definitely return to the Hotel Federale
