Amazing location , good breakfast , great services, clean room , parking for car was far form hotel 10 min walking , the restraint under the hotel very good, the view from balcony was great.

The Hotel Acquarello is located in the Old Town of Lugano, right at the lower terminus of the funicular connecting the center to the main railway station. I liked the location which is in the centre everything around you shops and restaurants. the room was very clean and tidy. stuff are very helpful. The train from the hotel to main train station only 1 minute walking no need to take taxi. the breakfast was delicious. I highly recommend this hotel. if I come to visit Lugano next time I will book this hotel.

This family-owned hotel is centrally located just a short walk from Lugano town center and its breathtaking lakeshore, and the famous Piazza Riforma with its many sidewalk cafés. We stayed in a studio room. It was well lit, spacious, and clean, and had a spacious bathroom. There were a lot of utensils and dishes, toilet paper, bags, and paper towels. The closet was comfortable, and there was a safe. The location is very convenient: it's close to the downtown and to the train station. However, it's a steep slope from the downtown to the hotel and from the hotel to the train station. The staff is very responsive.
