The location is amazing. A few minutes walk from the train station ( u can use the cable car to get to it). We booked the family room. It was so spacious. I liked the room decoration, which was stylish and very elegant. We loved the floor finishing and the carpet touch. Also, the bed and pillows were so comfortable. The breakfast was fair and provided yummy pastries. 😋

The Hotel Acquarello is located in the Old Town of Lugano, right at the lower terminus of the funicular connecting the center to the main railway station. Delicious breakfast; super friendly staff, very well located and clean! Everything was perfect there!

The Hotel de la Paix is near Lake Lugano, about 0.6 mi from the city center and the train station. It offers an out-door pool, free WiFi, free parking on site and free mini-bar use. What a lovely stay! We had a beautiful big corner room (junior suite) with a huge porch to a lake and pool view. Location was excellent - right near everything. The staff went out of their way to be helpful and offered us free bus and train tickets which we used, maps and even adaptors (we left ours behind;)) Live music in the restaurant, a big blue pool and a FREE minibar!! Definitely would recommend a stay here

San Carlo Suite is located in the Lugano City-Center district in Lugano, 0.7 mi from Exhibition Center Lugano. Each room is air conditioned and features a flat-screen TV. TOP TOP TOP Location! 2 minutes from the lake and the center, 5 minutes from public parking Motta (I left the car there). Staff was very polite. Room was awesome, clean, comfortable, bathroom was superb, wifi was excellent, check-in/out was easy. All was perfect. Thank you!

We love everything in this hotel. It is charming and full of characters. They share the history of the hotel along the corridor, including some really nice painting. Perfect location to stay in Lugano. Short walk to the shops, restaurant, and supermerket. Big park with playground nearby so you can enjoy the lake walk and finish it off at the park. Lovely breakfast with great service staff. Mini bar in lounge area with complimentary tea and coffee. We stay in family suites at back next to the play area so my son can enjoy himself there with minimum supervision. My room comes with pantry and kitchenette so you can cook if the easy meal if needed.
