In the center of Lugano, Hotel Pestalozzi is only 500 ft from the shores of Lake Lugano. Free Wi-Fi is available. Great location, close to the attractions of Lugano yet in a quiet spot. Buses right outside door, walking distance to bars and restaurants and waterfront. Beautiful streets around. Reception staff were very helpful at all times with great English skills available and ready advice about accessing attractions. But were also especially helpful in arranging an appointment for timely medical treatment. Meals were great and all staff were friendly and accommodating. Definitely would stay there again! Top marks!

Located on the lake promenade near the traffic-free center of Lugano, Hotel Walter Au Lac offers you rooms with superb lake views. WiFi is free of charge. All air-conditioned rooms are renovated. The location is closed to city center and easy to walk around. The staffs were very helpful. The room is comfortable and quiet even the room on the lake side that is closed to the street. Also the BF is at expectation.

Buongiorno Lugano First of all the staff are welcoming, gentle , helpful very professional the manager of the hotel should be proud of his team staff . Excellent location, the hotel is an a wonderful palace . The view of the marvelous lake and mountains from my room is wonderful . The room very nicely decorated , the bed so comfortable. Excellent restaurants , the breakfast as well there was a big variety with nice staff as well . my stay in hotel Royal splendid was fabulous . I highly recommend it . Grazie mille 💐

The Hotel Acquarello is located in the Old Town of Lugano, right at the lower terminus of the funicular connecting the center to the main railway station. Very clean rooms, and very kind and accommodating staff.

The Hotel de la Paix is near Lake Lugano, about 0.6 mi from the city center and the train station. It offers an out-door pool, free WiFi, free parking on site and free mini-bar use. The room was super comfortable and clean! The breakfast was ok! The two things I liked most was: the location (super near city center) and the staffs (who gave me a free ticket for public transportation and a discount for San Salvatore Lift that was the most amazing thing I did in Lugano). They also allowed me to do late checkout for free. I would hardly recommend it!

San Carlo Suite is located in the Lugano City-Center district in Lugano, 0.7 mi from Exhibition Center Lugano. Each room is air conditioned and features a flat-screen TV. TOP TOP TOP Location! 2 minutes from the lake and the center, 5 minutes from public parking Motta (I left the car there). Staff was very polite. Room was awesome, clean, comfortable, bathroom was superb, wifi was excellent, check-in/out was easy. All was perfect. Thank you!

This family-owned hotel is centrally located just a short walk from Lugano town center and its breathtaking lakeshore, and the famous Piazza Riforma with its many sidewalk cafés. The hotel is very near the train station and a short walk to the iconic church and town square. The room was charming and cosy with multiple windows. Breakfast was splendid and the staff were very friendly.

Right on the shore of Lake Lugano, the 3-star superior International au Lac Historic Lakeside Hotel offers air-conditioned rooms, a garden with an outdoor pool, free WiFi, and a lobby bar. was good but the AC is hot I don’t know why
