The architecture attracted me to make the reservation and it lived up to expectations. FYI, i dont know Basel very well and have not stayed overnight before. It is a good location and easy to get to the concert hall etc. The courtyard is extra special and will be a key reason to return if/when th opportunity arises in the future.

A very fun place, you can tell just how much energy went into the design and overall experience. Excellent hospitality. A young man at the front desk was very helpful in directing us toward art in the city. The room also came with a flotation device for swimming in the river and tickets for discounted public transport.

Our room was so cosy and warm. Great selection in the mini bar which is free by the way. Given that it’s winter, we didn’t feel chilly at all. 5 mins away from the Christmas market. Such a convenient location! If we’re back in Basel we’ll definitely stay here again! Amazing stay!
