The architecture attracted me to make the reservation and it lived up to expectations. FYI, i dont know Basel very well and have not stayed overnight before. It is a good location and easy to get to the concert hall etc. The courtyard is extra special and will be a key reason to return if/when th opportunity arises in the future.

The staff is lovely. I had a super friendly welcome, and got helpful information for everything I needed. I loved the amenities in the room and the bathroom, and everything is super clean. Considering the prices in Switzerland I found this to be excellent value for money. It will be my place to go when I come back to Basel.
