Situated in Perth, 1.6 km from Perth Convention and Exhibition Centre, Holiday Inn West Perth features air-conditioned accommodation and a fitness centre. We arrived at night and were very well received. The hotel staff is very friendly and professional. The room is well equipped. The bed is comfortable and the atmosphere is very quiet. The hotel restaurant offers simple Italian cuisine; the food is very delicious, and the portions are simply huge, with very polite staff as well. We chose this hotel solely for its proximity to a particular location we needed to be near, but we do not regret our choice at all.

Club Wyndham in West Perth is a modern, unpretentious boutique hotel in a quiet location yet central to exploring Perth's attractions. There is underground parking for $20 per day which I think is a good value. Free bus service to the City at the front door. Many breakfast options within 5 min walk. Very friendly and helpful staff. Competitively priced.

M5 West Perth Studio Apartment near Kings Park is situated in the West Perth district of Perth, 2.3 km from Perth Concert Hall, 2.7 km from Kings Park and 3.7 km from WACA. Came over from Sydney and stayed with a friend of mine over a long weekend for a little holiday and visit. Apartment was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. Location was excellent, with short walks to many restaurants, shops and Kings Park, with bus stops right outside if you don't want to be walking too much that will get you just about anywhere you need to in the CBD. Leading up to check-in my correspondence with Sharon who manages this apartment was excellent, there were a few hiccups but all got sorted with no dramas and she made the whole experience smooth and easy. Definitely recommend staying here or with any property managed by Short Rental Perth. If I ever find myself in Perth again I'll definitely be considering them as my first choice.

The Sebel West Perth has a balcony and is set in Perth, within just 1.5 km of Perth Convention and Exhibition Centre and 1 km of Perth Arena. Private parking is available on site. clean, modern rooms, everything functioning well, well equipped, good location, nearby bus stop..Recommended!

Located across the road from beautiful Kings Park, Quest Kings Park offers modern studio apartments. Free WiFi is available throughout the property. Pretty much everything. I had high expectations after reading reviews - these were exceeded. I chose because of location mainly, and the studio with kitchenette. It was perfect for my stay! View from the room was right over Kings Park, Kitchenette was way more usable than I thought, full sized washer and dryer!, shower was wonderful and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. Staff were brilliant, friendly, helpful and just interested in ensuring you had a lovely stay.

Overlooking the Swan River, Riverview on Mount Street offers stylish apartments with views of Perth city centre. There is an on-site restaurant and all apartments include a fully equipped kitchen. It is clean and spacious. We have our owe kitchen.

Malibu Apartments are a 7-minute drive from central Perth, and a free bus service is just 50 metres away. All apartments are self-contained with a full kitchen and a washing machine. It is a very clean and very comfortable apartment. The location is excellent, 10 minutes by bus to the city. The bus stop is in front of the apartment, a very quiet building and neighborhood.

Quest on Rheola is located in West Perth, only a 5-minute drive from Perth CBD. It is a short walk from Kings Park Botanical Gardens. Chose it for the location as close to Nedlands where we had a family wedding. Liked the layout and the comfort of the apartment and the space was generous. Coffee shop was just a 4 minute walk and it opened early so that was a bonus.
