Lovely spot on the balcony to have breakfast overlooking garden and pools. On a street off main road, traffic noise is not an issue. A patrolled beach is an easy 80 metre walk down the street. There’s also several places for dinner that can be walked to, some with facilities for kids. Great family stay.

Great location, the puppy had a ball with the neighbors at the cafe directly across the road. Walked morning and afternoon to the beach (5 minutes) then washed off at the shower at the entryway to the building. The apartment is superb with everything that we needed. 5 minutes walk to the tram and bus stop and Pac Fair.

A 7-minute walk from Mermaid Beach in Gold Coast, BEST Ground Floor pool side Superior apartment - new listing provides accommodations with access to beauty services, fitness room, and steam room. the apartment was amazing! it was so spacious considering it was a small apartment. we didn’t feel cramped at all with 6 of us in there. nice living room area, even a little dinning room and huge kitchen. i was very impressed by the space and layout of everything. and being on the bottom floor it was perfect for access to and from the pools and restaurant. absolutely loved our stay! kids were super impressed too. thanks so much for an awesome stay and lovely accommodation we were extremely happy.

The apartment is large-clean-3 bedrooms upstairs with 2 bathrooms. Amazing kitchen and large living room and another toilet in the laundry. The pool is a few steps from the outside area which was amazing! Garage for car made it perfect. Hosts were amazing with their contact. Pacific Fair Shopping centre we could easily walk to. Would 100% stay here again.

The room was absolutely perfect for our one night stay! Perfectly clean and the staff was super nice and helpful.

The apartment was spacious, clean and quiet. Car parking was directly underneath. The facilities were well maintained. The BBQ and pool area was clean, and the pool was heated. The kids swam every day. Supermarkets and other shops a short drive/walk away.
