The hotel is situated in a very nice location which has good communication from Airport and Tourist spots. We took the balcony room and the view was serene. During the winters, waking up to the Austrian Alps covered with snow was a beautiful experience from the balcony. The price is affordable and the staffs were also friendly. I requested to arrange a bottle of Champagne in the room before arriving at the hotel, and they managed to do so perfectly. It was a HAPPY experience altogether.

The eco-friendly, family-run Das Grüne Hotel zur Post - 100 % BIO enjoys a quiet location in the Maxglan district, a 5-minute bus ride from the centre of Salzburg. The hotel was perfectly located next to public transportation. It had parking for my car so I didn’t have to use it at all. We need a two bedroom suit and it was perfect for our family. Breakfast buffet was also excellent.

Built by the famous architect Jakob Ceconi, Villa Ceconi is just a 5-minute bus ride from the centre of Salzburg. It offers free WiFi in public areas, and private parking is available on site. Very quiet but close to the center. I liked that that we could easily park in front of the house. the breakfast is in another building but we did not mind the short walk. The breakfast had a variety of options. If I visit Salzburg again, I will stay here for sure.

The Astoria is a 3-star hotel just a 15-minute walk from the Old Town of Salzburg with the Festspielhaus (Festival Hall) and Mozart's birthplace. Awesome breakfast, plenty of choices and healthy breakfast. The location is great. Next to the hotel, there is a fresh local brewery. Don't miss that. Amazing.
