The staff were very professional and friendly. The breakfast was great, with lots of choices. Pool, sauna and other facilities were clean, and everything worked. My room phone didn't work at first but I reported it and staff fixed it immediately.

Offering a spa centre and a private beach area, Jumeirah Al Naseem is located in the Umm Suqeim district in Dubai. Everything was amazing, beyond expected. The crew, baristas, restaurants, pools, views of Burj al Arab, whole Jumeirah complex we can walk with beautiful views, shops, etc. There're so much thing to do we are planning to come back soon.
