My stay was regrettably too short; I truly wish I could have extended it. Port Elizabeth is vastly underrated, offering an abundance of activities. I yearned for a longer holiday, ideally spanning five days! The city is breathtaking, with its friendly people, pristine cleanliness, and refreshing ambiance.

Professional yet warm and friendly hosts that made us feel comfortable. The rooms are spotlessly clean and tastefully furnished and the facilities are exactly what we wanted. Much attention to safety and environmental aspects that provide a sense of security and serenity.
Highly recommended and I will definitely be back. Thank you Tommy and Leonie ❤️

Port Elizabeth is a beautiful coastal city with miles of beaches and is true to its nickname the Friendly City. The older parts in Central have stunning views and buildings but unfortunetaly the local government has allowed it to become neglected, uncared for and in some places dangerous. What a pity, as the old centre with its harbour views and gracious historical buildings should be the gem of the city.
That said, there are still other places worth a visit as property owners in the central area really make an effort to keep their properties well maintained and in the spirit of what it used to be.
There are many restaurants and my favourites are the local ones, each with their own vibe and unique menus. I just love Port Elizabeth.

Gqeberha to give its official name is a fairly relaxed place as largish cities go. It has great beaches though you need to be prepared for windy weather that can reduce the fun of being on a beach.
There is a lot of history, with interesting sites to visit. Also some great food options.
It is not the country’s top tourist hot spot but has plenty of attractions that are in any case better enjoyed without a massive crowd.
Beautifully designed hotel where every detail is taken care off.
The breakfast is exceptional: there is a freshly made buffet and you have amazing à la carte choices which are included in the price.
The owners are super nice people who even picked us up at the airport and dropped us off the next day where we picked up are rental car.
I ve been to a lot of hotels in the world but never experienced a personal service like this.
I wish we would have stayed longer.
All the best to Kevin, Gaele and Justice. Je
A colonial style hotel. I can’t single out any of the staff as they were all very good. Big rooms and a splendid balcony. Also, a superb bathroom with an excellent shower and the option of a deep bath if that’s your preference. The room servicing was immaculate The food was outstanding. I was on my own in the dining room each night yet the food was as good as any I’ve enjoyed over the years and I have now reached old git status. Sincerely, one of the loveliest hotels I’ve ever stayed in.
Great location - across the road from the beach and next to a big shopping/food hall. Quaint hotel - nicely presented, good facilities. Rooms were comfortable . Food and beverage options very good. Buffet dinner - varied and well priced. Breakfast buffet also well stocked with a variety of options. due to our evening flight departure upon check out our suitcases were stored securely at the hotel for the day. Secure parking was free as well.
The room was larger than expected, which was nice; the bathroom was really nice, the lighting in the room was great, and the art and service were amazing. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The bed was comfortable and especially given that I'm a tall person and in most hotels, my feet hang off the end of the bed - the bed was wide and long enough that I could comfortably ly down on it without my feet dangling off.
Staff very helpful and friendly. Very clean. Standard 4-star elegant hotel. Cozy pool with view of ocean. Rooms are tastefully decorated. Some satellite TV channels. Great location on the beachfront. The elderly doorman is a scream!!! He is wonderful and really make you feel at home.
Very spacious bedroom and bathroom. Conveniently near the beach, restaurants, and grocery stores. The staff went the extra mile (even phoning to check if they should forward some cheap bottles of wine I forgot in my fridge, which I told them they were welcome to enjoy).
We arrived at the hotel only to spend the night in Port Elizabeth. The hotel owner was very nice and waited for us until we arrived, gave us recommendations and helped plan the rest of the trip. The room was spacious and clean.
Room was clean and cozy. The furniture and room layout looked really nice. The view of the harbor was also quite nice. The hotel felt safe and the parking was sufficient. I was able to come and go as I pleased with no issues.
The place is in summerstrand close to the boardwalk mall and few minutes away to the beachfront, which my children enjoyed.
There is a restaurant within the apartments and the food was great and very affordable.
A quiet and relaxing oasis that's close to all amenities. Everyone is super friendly and helpful. Breakfast is excellent and very speedy. Exceptional personal service which far exceeds standard hotel offerings.
I loved the cleanliness. All the basics were there to make the self catering stay more pleasant and enjoyable. I absolutely loved everything ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️keep it up team!
