The location is idyllic! The lodge is nestled in the northern Drakensberg mountains with numerous hikes beginning directly from the lodge. They also offer daily shuttle service up to the Sentinel Peak car park where you can hike to the top of Tugela falls- this is a must-do day trip for hikers. The facilities are very comfortable and the staff outstanding.

The city is quite close to nature reserves or the Drakensberge. You can go whereever you want: whether you wanna hike or just relax in the nature. It is all there.
Just be careful: The habitants are black (besides a few white people), so just keep safe and careful!
