Fabulous location with terrific views, right on the beautiful river. The staff was very kind and helpful- we had a mix up with a tour group in the morning and the front desk was able to help us out, translate, and made sure we got everything sorted out. We were so grateful! Wonderful place to stay, definitely recommend if you’re in Phong Nha!

Really lovely people running this property, spotlessly clean huge bedroom with en-suite. Very central location and some great restaurants etc close by. Also very helpful with bus tickets/ bookings and catching the bus right outside the hotel .

The room is nice, good shower, comfy bed, the location by the river is great. You are close enough to town but far enough from town that it's quiet and peaceful. The host was very kind and helpful. We rented a motorbike through them and it was great.

The family was nice and accommodating, including picking us up at 4am and dropping us off to catch the bus out. Good food and location. Highly recommend hiring a bike which makes all of the areas easily accessible.
