The attractions are a must. The cable car and Vin world are brilliant. We booked from Liby travel and I would recommend her. Grand world is also very good. Any public bus is free , we used number 17 bus which took us to Grand world and back approximately 45 minutes each way. The beach fronts belong to hotels and are for the hotel guests only.

When you arrive negotiate the price for longer stay, by offering an advanced payment in cash you could get a much better cost rather than paying per day.
If you want secluded, romantic or relaxing holidays then you are in the right place, otherwise go somewhere else.
Don't expect much in terms of communication and hospitality from the locals, all they really care is your money, you will realize it when they have nothing to gain from you.

I think Vietnam has better things to offer. The water was green and filthy and everything felt like a tourist trap. Avoid and do other things in Vietnam and for the beaches I recommend Thailand or Philippines

A lovely island for a honeymoon, the choice of resorts is amazing. The town itself not so sure about, a bit tacky party place from what we could see. The plastic pollution is really visible in some parts of the beach though.

Phu Quoc is not quite as well know as some of the other...
Phu Quoc is not quite as well know as some of the other places to visit in Vietnam but please put in on your destinations.
Its the perfect place to end with resorts, theme parks, water parks and a growing tourist destination.
It was the perfect end to our 21 days in Vietnam.
We will go back just to experience the snorkelling, beach side bars and the parts of the Island we didn't get time to visit.

Nice beaches. Good destination for relax after traveling in Vietnam. More turist than in rest of the country, but not overtourism (we were there in end of April). Good for spend few days but not for authentic Vietnamese experiance.
The location was perfect for me: To Long-Beach just cross the street and you reach the Beach in a 3-minute-walk. Only about 15–20 minutes walk to the night market and city center Duong Dong. The sea view from my deluxe balcony room on the 8th floor was impressive. The room equipment was very good value for money. Towards the end of my 5 day stay I had an accident with a rented motorbike. The friendly and very helpful hotel staff gave me the very best help in this emergency situation. Thank you so much for this support.
Good value for money. We stayed in the poolside bungalows which were basic but great to be close to the beach and pool. Great beachfront location, with sun beds and chairs to relax on both around the pool and on the beach. Large pool overlooking the beach. Moderate distance walk to the night markets etc. Able to hire motorbike from hotel for cheap price. Very cute dog on the properly and puppy which we loved playing with! Staff had basic English but we managed to get by with google translate assistance at times.
This hotel is located in a remote part of the island - be prepared for the fact that there is nothing nearby. No supermarket, shops, cafes - nothing! A dirt road leads from the highway to the hotel. You can call a taxi and go to the city, but it's quite far. The beach is wonderful! Long, you can walk on it, clean, only sand. There are several hotels on it, in my opinion this one is the most pleasant and comfortable. There are sun loungers, there is no music and few people on the beach. We really enjoyed!

Nice room, unique stilt house design. Very cheap price. At first glance, it looks like Da Lat, but it has a very unique island, very Vietnamese. Clean, cool, quiet, private. Extremely friendly staff for using free kitchen, dining table... Near Khem beach/Phu Quoc prison/Mediterranean/Hon Thom cable car/Tour 4 islands and near An Thoi center, around also many eateries . The dogs are very cute. Suitable for couples, families, and those who are passionate about exploring.
The perfect place to stay. Good size, clean and comfortable room, great variety of foods in breakfast. Location near to everything in Duong Dong area, restaurants, shopping, massage... Staff is wonderful and they really make your stay better. Good deal for motorbike and flexible return time, possibilty to take shower in the evening before flight and free transport to the airport. I cannot recommend this hotel enough, hoping to stay there again.
The hotel and surroundings with palm trees and the beautiful beach is perfect! Not to big resort (positive!!) with good location near Duong Dong city. Very friendly employees, and very good service. Especially the waiters at the breakfast and Khanh at the beach restaurant🤩We were around alot on other resorts having lunch and dinner and we were really happy that we chose Ocean Bay. We stayed in 14 days. Hope we will go back sometime.

The hotel is close to Ong Long beach which in my opinion is one of the very best beaches on the island (much better than any near the centre or down south). Sunsets here were incredible.

This hotel was my best hotel while I stayed in Vietnam. It look brand new, super clean. The staff is amazingly friendly and professional. And they are helping with everything. They even help me to find a really good dentist. The breakfast was something I was absolutely amazed of. So big selection of food. The services are also just like a 5 star hotel. The rooms are well designed and comfortable. LOVES IT SO MUCH.
A nice hotel, has its own beach. Comparing to other hotels on Long Beach, this is one of the best hotel beach area. No trash, sand is cleaned. Palms create shadow, a lot of sun chairs, and very helpful staff.

An extremely clean, beautiful facility. Pool was excellent. The grounds were gorgeous and well maintained. The hotel was down a small road, ten min walk to the strip. Phu Quoc is a large island and this hotel is in a small part. My husband and I hired a guide and drove around the island. Very beautiful sights. The room was spacious and clean. The bathroom was nice too. Water was warm.

The hotel in Grand World Phu Quoc, Venice River, offered a luxurious experience with beautiful river views. The rooms were well-appointed and spacious, and the staff provided excellent service. However, dining options were limited, and it was a bit secluded, requiring transportation to explore the island. Perfect for a peaceful getaway.
