First of all, all the employees were friendly and helpful. Cleanliness and facilities were above our expectations. We didn’t spend much time in a hotel, but for the weekend stay it ticked all the boxes.

The attractions are a must. The cable car and Vin world are brilliant. We booked from Liby travel and I would recommend her. Grand world is also very good. Any public bus is free , we used number 17 bus which took us to Grand world and back approximately 45 minutes each way. The beach fronts belong to hotels and are for the hotel guests only.

When you arrive negotiate the price for longer stay, by offering an advanced payment in cash you could get a much better cost rather than paying per day.
If you want secluded, romantic or relaxing holidays then you are in the right place, otherwise go somewhere else.
Don't expect much in terms of communication and hospitality from the locals, all they really care is your money, you will realize it when they have nothing to gain from you.

I think Vietnam has better things to offer. The water was green and filthy and everything felt like a tourist trap. Avoid and do other things in Vietnam and for the beaches I recommend Thailand or Philippines

A lovely island for a honeymoon, the choice of resorts is amazing. The town itself not so sure about, a bit tacky party place from what we could see. The plastic pollution is really visible in some parts of the beach though.

Phu Quoc is not quite as well know as some of the other...
Phu Quoc is not quite as well know as some of the other places to visit in Vietnam but please put in on your destinations.
Its the perfect place to end with resorts, theme parks, water parks and a growing tourist destination.
It was the perfect end to our 21 days in Vietnam.
We will go back just to experience the snorkelling, beach side bars and the parts of the Island we didn't get time to visit.
Highly recommend!

Nice beaches.
Nice beaches. Good destination for relax after traveling in Vietnam. More turist than in rest of the country, but not overtourism (we were there in end of April). Good for spend few days but not for authentic Vietnamese experiance.
great clean beach with very wide sand line - big enough to play volley, football and still accommodate the guests on the beach sunbeds
sunset kayaks - nice activity with kids or a romance for couples
pools- clean, big, great for families w kids
wonderful breakfast w great variety
spotless rooms- clean, new, space enough
we celebrated our wedding anniversary and got a special romantic decor with rose petals inner room- a compliment from the hotel
kids club activities (fish feeding, stone painting) and morning yoga were great too
The best of the best. Everything is well thought. The pick up at the airport, the drink on arrival, the lovely staff, amazing rooms, the desogn is simple and tropical, the ouside bathroom is amazing… I’ve been around the whole island, this is the best beach you can find and it’s private. The restaurant food is also amazing, fresh and the setting is wow, on the beach. The spa is also one of the best I have done, in the nature surrounded by trees. I would go back to Phu Quoc just for that hotel.
This time I really have to give a 10. We loved this hotel and its services and the value for money. Rooms are spacious and beautiful cleaned daily. Breakfast is made to order and served until 10.30. This family resort is just so welcoming and well kept and honest. Garden area and pool are lovely and the hotel offers for example motor bike rental and laundry service. Facilities are new and clean. We loved our stay and the many restaurants near by the hotel <3
It was right in the beach and had beautiful sunrises and sunsets. The resort very pretty and not crowded, and the food at the restaurant had reasonably-priced and tasty Vietnamese food.
The real winners were the staff, who did everything they could to make it a lovely stay. I was even upgraded for free upon arrival!
The view was truly stunning, and the atmosphere was peaceful and serene. It wasn’t crowded, and the pool overlooking the sea was beautiful.
3 nights stay here wasnt enough for us since there's so many things to do in the north like rach vem village, vinwonder aquarium waterpark, safari... and the musical water show and then just come back & chill at the resort. we had a great vacation here. the hotel's staffs assisted us whenever needed, from calling a taxi, motobike rental, tours & tickets booking.
Great location, beautiful pool and right on the beach with beach bars within walking distance, as is the town with lots of coffee shops, bars & restaurants. Recommend Linda's and the chocolate shop (with secret cocktail bar). The hotel was very quiet - low season - which was lovely as had pool etc to ourselves most of the time.

Location on the island. The only Issue I had was the noise that the lift makes is loud and unnecessary. My room was right next to the lift and I lost sleep because of the noise every 30 seconds.
employees dont speak english enough. this is quite disapointing. why company dont ensure to give english classes to staff. cant accept an hotel 5 stars having staff in reception or attending phone call for room service without minimum acceptable english level to communicate with expat customers
I had a quite pleasant stay in Sen Hotel, the room was spacious as expected, wifi was good and stable, tv had some English speaking channels, the hotel is within walking distance of the center of Duong Dong and not far from the public beach, plenty of restaurants nearby.
Super nice staff, resort is in great condition and quiet, pool and bungalow are excellent, you will always find space. The pool bar is quite expensive, but quality of food is above average. Best breakfast we enjoyed in Vietnam
The whole hotel was great. I literally can't say one bad word. Beautiful hotel on a beautiful beach in a great location with great stuff, pool and restaurants. The spa was a bit overpriced for Vietnam though.
The hotel is very well located to explore the island (you can easily go south or north), not far from the airport too so handy if you arrive on the island. They have motorbikes to rent, also very handy.
Hotel was right on the beach and it was quiet and relaxing. Meals were excellent with plenty of vegan options. Kim and her family were extremely helpful and I felt well looked after.
Everything, the Pool, the food, the room, vibe, the drinks, best Hotel in my Vietnam Trip...nothing to change/complain, would definitely return. Recommended for everyone
