we used this hotel as a close location to catching the speed ferry to Phnom Penh. It was one block away, there's a grocery store on the way, the check in was easy and friendly and the room and bed were great.

Lovely woman working on the front desk, she helped me organise a scooter for 200k and allowed me to shower before getting my bus to Ho Chi Min after check out. Great service. Location is super it was only 120m to bus stop and 800m from the ferry from Cambodia so very walkable.
