They put me on the 4th floor workers woke me up early in the morning kids up playing and screaming like they on the playground and it wasn't even time for checkout

The staff was very nice and the facility was well kept in cleanliness.
The address on the web site was not correct
I ended up in the middle of nowhere
Actually, I was anxious because I was lost.
However, when I called the facility I was given great directions!
The reception at the front desk was so cordial
I felt very welcomed when I arrived.
Pleasant stay. Hotel looks new and well maintain. I stayed here 4 nights and housekeepers clean my room everyday. Front desk representative who checked me in, (I forgot his name) was very attentive and helpful. Breakfast was nice. I am very satisfied with my stay. I will definitely stay here again.
Please recognize and reward the staff at this hotel. They were very polite helpful and friendly. Unfortunately these attributes are very rare these days and you are lucky to have good employees at your hotel.
