I was supposed to be in a handicap room and bathroom was so small was no way to get in n close door with walker there was only one bath towel one hand towel and 1 washcloth and when my travel partner went to front desk they said you got a towel in room she explained there were 3 people in room gave her one more of each n she had to argue to get the 3rd set they never cathered trash whole 5 days we were there never gave any fresh towels very small tv and ac barely worked and was an argument with them to get anything taken care will not stay there on my next trip to the cleavland clinic and don't recommend to anyone

Nothing and have yet to get a refund you should not post the picture above does not even look like the place. Dirty ,doors would not open toilet coming up from the floor room 131 . We walked in and left . Found out police are there all the time Drugs .I will continue to post about this DUMP until I get my money refund

They required an additional deposit which was to be returned at the end of my stay. But they kept it for an untrue reason, When I questioned about it, the person I talked to was not only rude but LIED and hung up on me. They don't have to worry about me staying there again!!!!!

Really rundown and in need of major repairs. the room above us had a major water leak which flooded our room. We could have changed rooms, but the other room's air conditioner didn't work, so we opted to be flooded. Horrible place to stay, really dirty and need of repair. I used the one and only washer and the water wouldn't drain out of it, so I had soaked clothes. Very disgusted with this place!

Burn hole in the sheets.
Burn hole in the sheets. Something growing in both garbage cans under the plastic bags. Black mold on the ceiling tile in the bathroom. No tissues in tissue dispenser. No covering for light in the bathroom.

I WOULD NOT STAY THERE AGAIN, EVEN IF IT WAS THE LAST PLACE ON EARTH. ROOMS DIRTY, CRAP IN THE TOILET, AIR NOT WORKING. BREAKFAST THAT WAS A JOKE. ONLY HAD WAFFLES, OATMEAL, JUICE, COFFEE AND MILK WHEN I WENT DOWN 30 MIN AFTER OPENING. SPEND THE EXTRA MONEY AND STAY ELSEWHERE.
Staff was very professional and friendly. Of the several days that I stayed, a few of them i was more than just a little late paying for my room (11am). And on those days, they didn't give me no problems about paying late or charge any kind of fee. Kind of refreshing considering of all the other hotels in this area at 11 or even before, they're banging on the door want us to check out. Awesome people, easy to get along with.
I did not like anything about this property nothing work in the room but the tv the sheets on the bed was to thin and when ask for more they did not have any ask to change rooms because the room was so bad looking he would not the carpet had stains in it. The tub has stains in it. There was no tissue in the bathroom. The sheets had smoke burns in it. If I could have change hotels, I would.
Good area very spacious room front desk lobby area was really pretty. Employees at the front desk were very helpful and understanding very kind. There is a vending machine for snacks and one for drinks in the lobby as well as a microwave for use around the lobby. Mini fridge and nice size TV in the hotel room.
Dawn Martin was the sweet and friendly staff who checked me in, she had the perfect room for me, I really enjoyed my quiet & peaceful stay. She was quick, I was so exhausted from airport travel & shopping, Dawn made my day easier, I will stay at this hotel again next time I'm in Ohio.
No free breakfast as advertised. Hotel was very dirty and all the trash cans in the hallways were overflowing. No trash cans in room. Tv remote was smashed in the closet. Sheets were dingy.
