Don’t know, arrived late and no staff was anywhere to be found. Tried calling, no one answered! I was exhausted from driving all day in rain and horrible traffic and just wanted to get some sleep.

Our room was huge and very comfortable-- the meals were all excellent and the views over the Marina were so nice. But best of all were the accommodating and friendly staff- truly exceptionally nice. Thank you!

The setting is filled with trees, grasses and beautiful peonies. The Inn itself is a bit dark upon first entry but the dining rooms were beautiful and sunlit. Our room was exactly as pictured and the balcony was unexpected but a welcoming place to relax, drink some wine, and unwind.

I loved the ocean water being calm with no large waves to knock you over. Also, beautiful location and might get lucky to have sea view from your room. Pools were nice and jacuzzi by indoor pool. The best part was walking out to Salt Island during low tide! Just next time I would have water shoes so you can climb the rocks on the island. We had 2 decent days before check out, weather was good but at check out..rained the whole day. Would have liked one more beach day. Also you can walk to other restaurants close by to eat.

We loved Westbrook town and the surrounding area, lovely People in the streets: greeted us everywhere we end with good morning, have a good day, or just hello 👋, the restaurant’s are amazingly good, fresh foods and great variety in a very budget friendly prices for family of 6 on vacation. Other then the hotel, we enjoyed the town and the hiking trails all over the state.

Beautiful property.
Beautiful property. The staff was beyond amazing and extremely accommodating. I would have loved to stay longer. Food at the bar was delicious and the waitress was fantastic. The front desk went above and beyond to make sure we were happy.

Dinner at 9pm when the hours for food service in a Saturday listed cleared 11pm on the website. The staff was rude and unpleasant on top of being turned away. For the price we were paying per night, this was disappointing to say the least. We had 8 hungry children and this was not the best customer service.
Probably one of the best experiences I’ve EVER had. Meri and Hilda were so warm and accommodating. The home is marvelous, beautiful and SO cozy. My room had the softest bedding imaginable (I bought a set!) Breakfast was absolutely delicious. The surroundings were stunning! Few minutes from the beach and cafes. Definitely coming back!!
The grounds are well maintained. Wonderful view. Evening entertainment on the bar’s patio. Indoor pool and fitness area are great for workouts and rainy days. Westbrook Pizza on the property is a pretty good. Located a short drive from The Kate.
Liked the friendly, courteous staff, view of ocean from hotel and outdoor pool, location, comfortable bed, fun restaurant, great hot tub and indoor pool. Toiletries smelled amazing. Starbucks coffee for purchase. Cute, cozy window seat in room.
The employees were great. The desk clerk was off the scales when I told her I was getting engaged that night she gave me a extra exceptional room that made my engagement night the best night of my life. Thank you. Can’t wait to return!
