The air conditioning did not keep the room cool. We were told it was repaired, but that was not the case.. We were not given a room transfer.
The floors were filthy. They obviously had not been cleaned in a long time. The bottoms of my white socks were black from walking around the room. We have stayed at Hampton Inns for years. This was extremely disappointing.

The air conditioner is broken in the main living area. It is very hot in there. It runs very loud with no cold air. When texting or calling for help I got ignored. I do NOT recommend staying here. Very disappointed in my stay. The shag rug upon entry was grimy and filthy. Bathroom door won’t close. This place isn’t worth more than $50 a night. Way overpriced

Traffic has increased to the point that it is not as easy to get around as I would prefer. The weather is great in the winter, but the constantly increasing population has greatly detracted from the overall enjoyment of the area.

The beaches are amazing.
The beaches are amazing. We are from the west coast and the beaches here are so much better than ours. Everything was very close. The downtown area was so nice to walk through. The malls are amazing and have everything you could need. Must check out Lion Country Safari, it is 30 minutes from the beaches and an awesome experience. You drive through and the animals are all around your car. At the end is a little park you go inside and can feed giraffes as well as birds. It was awesome.

GPS does not like this area and you can get turned around very easily while using google maps or wayz. Be mindful and patient for that.
The area is clean , beaches are clean , lots of amenities for shopping , food , and activities to meet any couple / group needs.
I would stay here again but never through the vendor of Singer Island Inn, I thought I was getting a cute apartment but ended up much worse.
I would check out Peanut Island if you can for a relaxing experience or Shark Diving as we did! Also Juno Bech Pier is an inexpensive place to walk and check out local sea life as fisherman catch their fish for the day.

The hot continental breakfast was good. We enjoyed the variety of options. The staff were all friendly, kind, and accommodating. The bed & pillows were comfortable too. The sink's water pressure was good. The pool area is also relaxing. The location of the hotel is also very convenient as it is right by the airport but still a short drive away from the downtown area and Palm Beach.
The room was spacious with a clearly defined sitting area and a bed area. The bed was extremly comfortable. The AC in the room was easy to control. The TV was large with an excellent sharp picture - better than most hotels.
All the staff we encountered were very pleasant and keen to please.
The breakfast buffet was very good, both in terms of item selection and quality.
The beds are sectioned off a bit which felt like a bedroom. I liked that! The hotel is pretty. The bar at hotel was nice. My husband and I don’t drink but found the bar area inviting so we sat there. The bar had other patrons and we had nice conversations. Saving best for last.....the LOCATION!! We could easily walk to all the places we wanted to go!
Staff was great. The location was ideal. Super close to the airport. We were close to every family member and everything. Rooms were clean and spacious. Having a pool at the hotel was perfect. We were able to enjoy pool time before starting our day. We will definitely choose this hotel when visiting West Palm Beach.
The hotel is very pretty on the inside and the rooms are very clean. The pool area is nice with a decent amount of sun chairs, however they close the pool fairly early, around 9:30/10 pm. Really close to Rosemary square, lots of nice places to eat and shop. About a 7 minute walk
The breakfast was the best thing this hotel had to offer. The staff working at the breakfast area are hardworking people and do a great job at refilling all the breakfast items. Also the ladies working at the front desk (Alyssa and the manager) were nice.
The hotel was great love the bar on the roof and being walking distance to clematis street and everywhere we wanted to. The staff were very nice and welcoming. The hotel was clean and comfortable. Will definitely stay here again.
It was close to the beach, also you can find few restaurants near you. Room was clean. At night time if you want to move you should drive via North Palm Beach, the area near you on the other side of the bridge is not so good.
