It was very clean and staff was great. The bed was so comfortable. The water pressure in the shower was AMAZING!! The location was very quiet and perfect.
They closed the pool earlier than was posted and got upset...
They closed the pool earlier than was posted and got upset when everyone wanted to stay and swim. They had no towels and no maintenance. There was an excuse for everything. The restaurant service was awful and the breakfast was cold .

It was a very nice hotel.
It was a very nice hotel. Great location with alot of restaurant and food option around. Pool was nice..just disappointed we couldn't use whirlpool. I'm guessing cause of covid restrictions but would definitely Stay there again.
BED BUGS.
DIRECTLY FROM THIS LOCATION.
I work for a reputable 2nd hand chain in upper management and I have never (with my naked eye)seen a BED BUG.
If necessary, we follow protocol and clean the facility and move on. This is not a a procedural issue.. this is a 'when I tell you that the front desk employee was eaiting and spitting out bites of food while I'm saying to you that your hotel is essentially a pile of trash right now......'

The staff were all friendly and helpful. The restaurant was nice, food pretty good. The reunion facilities were very nice and again the staff efficient, respectful and friendly. One staff person, Vickie, was kind to a mobility-challenged couple and offered to get their plates at the buffet for them. That was above and beyond, well done!
