Very friendly staff. Inside facilities very clean. I have stayed in places that host construction workers like this place does that were just disgusting... not here! Comfortable bed. Don't judge a book by it's cover (the parking lot is rough looking). I had the a/c running all night... could not hear any outside disturbances. Can't speak to breakfast as I don't partake in most breakfast offerings. $25.00 per pet fee seems standard in this area. Good and affordable as hotels seem to be very pricey these days.
After a long 3 day drive, I was exhausted. Google gave wrong directions to the hotel. The staff kindly redirected me when i called to say i was lost.
Also,The manager went above and beyond to assist me with my car. The next door car wash wasn't working properly and failed to rinse the soap from my car. The manager called the car wash and arranged a second wash which also failed. He ended up rinsing the 2 layers of soap off my car at a nearby hand car wash.
You don't find this kindness very often.
It was surprisingly quiet. And I say that because it’s located next to the interstate and when we checked in there were several guests with loud diesel trucks parking in the lot and I assumed we were in for an uncomfortable, loud stay but I never heard any parking lot noise or hallway noise, which is common in a lot of even nicer hotels. The doors are soft close and I really appreciated not having to hear neighbors doors slamming.
The housekeeping staff were all very nice and also quiet.
The hotel has excellent breakfast with hot and cold items. I especially liked the cinnamon rolls.
I also liked that my room had a chaise lounge chair instead of a club chair. I'm a college student, and sitting in the chaise was a comfortable place to catch up on some work (but too comfortable like a bed where I might fall asleep).
The hotel also has soft water and excellent hair care and body wash products, which made my hair and skin feel soft.
The breakfast was great! Eggs, bacon, biscuits and gravy, waffles, various breads, fruits, juice, milk and coffee. The area was very clean. The food was well stocked. The pool was nice. It was warmer than most hotels. Pool area was very clean. Towels were not stocked but after asking at the front desk, a few towels were brought down.
We have stayed at every hotel in town and this by far was the best! The staff was frindly. It was clean and every thing was in working condition!Had a variety for breakfast! The price was unbeatable!If I need to rent a room again I would definitely choose this place! I as well would like to thank the staff for a great stay!!
Good location, able to get a ground floor room near the lobby. Room amenities were good,: microwave, fridge, TV & alarm clock. Heating unit was quiet and worked well. Hotel was quiet & seemed safe.
