We checked in. Saw the rooms (one which wasn't even made up yet) and one that was unsecured for my 85-year old mother to enter into, saw all the shabby and worn furniture, staqins by the elevator carpets (neither elevators worked and turned around went down to the desk and asked to be checked out without any charge. The honored this without question though I am still seeing a charge for one night on my card which I need to take up with booking.com

There was some car club that was there who had their music going on the outside patio extremely loud until midnight. We called the front desk around 1030 to complain about the issue the front desk staff was very polite and pleasant they said that they would send security to ask them to turn it down.
We waited about 30 minutes and the noise persisted so we went down to the front desk to speak to someone in person about the issue. The front desk staff handled the situation very well and the noise was turned down with in 10 minutes.
The next morning the general manager/owner/operator Randy called and spoke to us about the incident and he took some money off our stay for the inconvenience.

If you want a quiet clean place to sleep and shower then this is a good spot. Everything is very dated and simple but at least it is clean. Everything seems like it's dirty but it's just the age. The breakfast was basic cereal, basic pastries, different types of bread, butter, jam, milk, and different fruit yogurts. While there it seemed like the cliental were a mixture of truck drivers, people moving and making a pit stop on their long trip. There are several fast food restaurants within walking distance, a couple local Mom and Pop restaurants and a couple gas station. Very conveniently located off of the major highway and minutes away from several shopping centers, hospital, pharmacy etc.
