The food in the restaurant really was quite good, and inventive in a very appetizing way, especially breakfast. I was pleasantly surprised. The staff were professional, upbeat and fun, with personality, which I really appreciated. The hotel itself had an attractive and open lobby, and the same was true of the restaurant, and the layout was good. The prices in the restaurant were reasonable also.

I like to stay in Torrance when I have to do anything around downtown LA or at SoFi Stadium. Not too long of a drive away from either. Being from the Bay Area I already have fast trak so I beat most the traffic when heading either way from Torrance. And the price of stay is almost cut in half than staying near the stadium

Not much to tell, I was there to take care of some business so this was not a pleasure visit. I was there on a Sunday so most of the businesses were closed. We located a Chili’s that was open and had a meal.

Great family neighbourhood.
Great family neighbourhood. Mix of commercial and residential properties. The area has all popular car rental companies in the same area - 10 min walk from Best Western Plus hotel. A lot of restaurant options to choose from including Indian, Chinese and fast food. Very quite and not too crowded. Lovely to walk around the area including visit to a nearby Art Museum and Departmental stores and Mall.

CHARGED MY CREDIT CARD FOR THREE DAYS THAT I DID NOT STAY. HAD TO CONTACT BOOKING.COM FROM THE PARKING LOT TO TRY TO RESOLVE THE ISSUE. LEFT THE PROPERTY AFTER BEING TOLD THAT I WOULD NOT BE CHARGED. NOW STILL FIGHTING TO GET THE CHARGES REVERSED FROM MY CREDIT CARD. I WOULD RATHER PAY A HIGHER AMOUNT FOR A DECENT HOTEL THAN STAY THERE, WHICH I DID.

The staff was polite, friendly and accommodating and the room was a great size. Furnishing a little dated (especially the ratchedy tan guest chair) but did not really affect my stay. My major complaint was the carpeting in my room did not feel clean or sanitary. This hotel does allow pets, and the carpet looked like it did.
I was at the hotel as a result of a home pipe leak and need for temporary relocation. This was my first stay at a hotel with my small dog, so I didn't know what to expect and the soiled spots were not immediately notice but, becoming visible in the evening when I turned on the lights. By then I was somewhat settled and did not want hunt for the perfect room.
This is the only thing that affected my stay and made me less than comfortable.
Flies and gnats outside my room, homeless people walking outside the facility, we were in a industrial area, the receptionist took way to long before she got to us, too many interruptions, no bellboy, the MAINTEANCE man also. Helped us. This is more a motel. The major hotels were booked up ten days ago, somehow someone gave them a 9.4 rating. All of this was false advertising. I am worth a lot of money, I did not feel safe, we were informed breakfast is through door dash, the whole facility was not friendly atmosphere. No space.
I appreciate the front desk taking care of a mistake that booking.com made. I made a reservation for a handicapped accessible room on booking.com and it was inputted incorrectly with Redac hotel. My father realized later that evening that it was not a handicap accessible room. Redac front desk person was able to change our room quickly and was very helpful, polite and handled the situation with professionalism.
I was highly disappointed with this hotel. My room had a smoke alarm that continuously blinked 2 bright lights the entire time. I reported it though maintance never showed up. The air conditioner was also out of whack staying on in 1 min intervals making it a very warm room making it hard to sleep in. I'll never go back to this hotel as I stayed there hoping to get rest but left in desperate need of a long nap.
During these times, having a kitchen in the room is very convenient. The fridge was large enough to accommodate food for an entire family, and the built-in oven allowed me to cook my breakfast. The parking lot was quite generous, and the area around the hotel seemed quiet. I could sleep well. The room was clean and offered me the essentials.

Very clean hotel with great facilities and great value for money. Room extremely clean with lots of amenities, great bathroom/shower/bath No issues with storing our bikes in our room. Location good, close to downtown Torrance. Free parking. Overall a great luxury experience especially for the price.
The hotel is located in a safe area. Also walking distance to DelAmo mall which was fantastic.Great breakfast. Took taxi to Riviera Village only 10.minutes away. Very nice to see. Very friendly and helpful staff. Chocolate chip cookies given by the front desk are super yummy

This location does not provide a complementary breakfast. You even have to pay for a cup of coffee. It would be nice if they had a 24 hr coffee station as do many hotels. However, the rooms are modern and updated. The walk in shower is excellent.
