They booked me at the wrong motel when i was at lexington va motel at that quality inn and it booked me at the quality inn in Waynesboro va and they wouldn't change it and book it in lexington va at the quality inn there were i was at and now they say there not gonna give me my money back the whole 167 or 168 dollars that i paided for 2nites at the quality inn and it wasn't my fault that they booked it at the quality inn that's in lexington va cause that's were i was at when i booked it there and it said it 2 on the thing and then when the girl checked in the computer it still didn't show it and when i pulled it up on my phone it showed a confirmation number and said the quality inn in Waynesboro va and i asked the man if he would give the lady at the quality inn in lexington va the confirmation number and just change it in the computer 2 the one quality inn in lexington and he wouldn't do it well somebody is gonna give me all my money back from this mistake that was made and it wasn't my fault that it happened so no i don't have a nice stay at all cause i didn't get 2 even stay at any motel and im on a fixed income and that took most of my check so i would like 2 have all my money back for the mistake that was made by booking.com not by me thanks

Location was good, pool was heated, breakfast was pretty decent, and beds were a true queen size. Also worked great for our family as there was a sleeper sofa as well so it was good for 5 people.

Smooth check-in process. The gentleman at the desk was extremely polite and informative. He provided immediate assistance with the T.V. remote, when asked.

Overall, the actual room was clean and presentable. The receptionist was very warm when I informed her about my issue.
Just pass through if you can. Most of the area looked like a lot lizard heaven. Trashy, unfriendly, and overall rude. The young woman that checked me in was the only friendly person I had the pleasure of meeting. I will drive a little forward or even out of my way to avoid this area!
My check in was in the evening. The staff was terrific. Very welcoming, and helpful……best place to park, where to go get dinner, answering questions about a local venue. 10 stars!
