Unsafe neighborhoods. Nearly ran over a homeless woman who charged out into an intersection at night with no right of way, right in front of police. Car thieves rampant (the police told me to keep my nice vehicle away and never leave it unattended)

The hotel was GREAT!!! Parking not soo good, lot was full every night by the time of our return, so that was challenging trying to find a parking spot.
Location directly off the highway was GREAT for getting to all our site destinations.

OLD facility. Very run down. Hasn’t seen a deep clean in years. When I sat in the tub, I could smell very old pee. Like an alleyway. Plumbing is loose. Zero added value to the room. Not even bottled water or a microwave. If you want to nuke your meal, you walk to the end of the hall and stand in the freezing draft while waiting. Super limited snacks. Broken fridge. There was trash in the hall in front of my door. You need to request cleanings but they don’t tell you that.

There were less expensive options at newer hotels near by but I figured by paying more the stay would be more comfortable. Wrong. The mattresses need updating.
The ice machine on our floor didn’t work. Breakfast was good.

Our review of Thornton is that we were very satisfied with all phases, the staff treated us very well, the rooms were excellent, the bathrooms looked brand new. And the breakfast was our best ever experience. The food was wonderful and the couple who hosted us were absolutely amazing! Wonderful people!!!

Bed linen was filthy n took two days to get clean linen for second bed. water faucet on sink had the cold on hot side n hot on cold, that was stupid and should have been reported by earlier guest. main door to room was missing striker plate which made room unsafe. all of these problems were reported to desk personnel and to two different general managers. do NOT recommend the hotel.
Unfortunately I didn't get to try the breakfast as we left at 5:00 am. I was very impressed with the room and it's amenities. If I had to stay longer than overnight, it had everything I would need to make a stay as comfortable as possible. The ability to cook in the room but also many restaurants nearby was great! The price was great and surprising since it was the 23rd of December. I will definitely book a room again when in Colorado.
We were lucky to find an available hotel in the Boulder area at all, since we were one family of thousands of people who fled Louisville the night of the Marshall fire in December 2021. Our hotel in Louisville had caught fire and we were fortunate to have had time to grab our belongings. That's how we ended up at the WoodSpring Suites in Thornton.
The location was fine, with easy access to I-25. There were also plenty of eateries and supermarkets along 136th Avenue, including a very busy In-N-Out Burger restaurant one block away. The room and hotel in general was up to the usual high standards we've found so far at Staybridge, comfy and clean.
Nothing was a. Very bad not clean hotel the police was there 3 times in the night loud screaming and fighting in the hall. Will never stay there again I was very surprised that you support this hotel I paid 156.00 for this room it was only worth 50.00
The location is great if you are working in Thornton, and only a 25 minute drive to downtown Denver. I hardly ever made use of the breakfast but it was perfectly adequate with a range of choice. The staff are always very helpful.
The location was good for what I needed, the room was comfortable with good amenities. There was a new GM who had only been in place for a few weeks and she was clearly changing the atmosphere in the hotel for the better.
The property room and staff were fine - primary problem was that the hotel was listed with an airport shuttle but there was none. So in addition to the cost of the room I had to pay for transportation to the airport.
The room was an average 2 bed 1 bath reasonably clean hotel room as you can get anywhere. It had more than average number of charging ports for phones and the like.
Extreme bad hotel ,very impolite manager,I really was astonished that you participatie in such a hotel I was at the reception not the only one that was complaning
The hotel was very clean and contemporary, you could tell it was a newer property. Great location, many food places to walk to, close to an outdoor mall.
