Great little town on the Ohio River! Several new and very good restaurants and shops. The annual Schweitzer Fest in August is always fun with the beer garden, wine garden, run, walk, baby crawl, bed races, etc. Activities are the first two weeks of August.
The room was clean. Great value to have the complimentary breakfast for the kids. They loved the waffles. Staff very friendly and helpful. We loved the binder that showed the restaurants and attractions in the area and the maps at the front desk were very helpful. It was great having a refrigerator and microwave in the room. Loved the coin laundry option but didn't realize it was there till our check out.
Our blinds were broke in our room went to the front t desk and within 5 minutes the maintenance man was here addressed the issue and had them fixed was very friendly,responsive and respectful we enjoyed that he interacted with us! Very nice gentleman!!!!
Everything. I have traveled extensively with the Army the last 30 years and am very familiar with IHG. I have family in Tell City and will use IHG again. I would recommend staying here to family and friends.
The hotel was very nice and comfortable and so was the pool. It was nice to jump right in without freezing my butt off. Also the shampoo, conditioner and shower gel in the shower was extremely nice to have
