We stayed here just for 1 night as we were planning on visiting Busch Gardens - Tampa Bay. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. Even though breakfast was included in our stay we did not get up early to try it out. The parking on the other hand was free of cost.

Everything was just as it should have been... comfortable bed (although I wasn't crazy about the pillows), nice suite amenities, etc. The bathroom was small and it took forever for the water to get hot. Otherwise, just fine.

The worst Hyatt I’ve ever stayed at.?Dirty and needs new mattresses and a renovation. We were horrified . The people were rude and awful. It’s a dump! Restaurant is horrible. We went to the Hyatt by Busch Gardens the following day thinking we could finally get comfort a good bed and less hostile and hateful people. The people at the Busch gardens Hyatt were nice than we found out that renovations new mattresses etc scheduled the next month. You have nerve to charge what you charge and claim 4 stars. I saw all those glorified stay and don’t believe any of them. We spoke to people in both hotels and elevators and they felt like we did . Minus 5 stars. That’s a zero with minus 5 stars. Both places gross and disgusting and both places had roaches too. Both places were dumps and we were stuck at 3 days because we were at moffitt hospital to which they finally gave us a discount the last night. I was shocked at how horrible both hotels were. Same awful hotel. Better people at Busch Hardens property. Yuk times 100

I reserved two rooms both rooms smell like sewer one room smelled worse than the other one I stay two days before a cruise in two days afterwards the first two days the smell was manageable as we were not in the room except for to sleep however after coming back for the last 2 days the smell was worse once we complained the party that was in the second bedroom was moved to another room that was worse than the first one it was unclean the carpet was dirty the curtains had burned stains the sink had stains when we complained about this the second time the lady who worked the night shift said she would give us a 10% discount but she ended up charging me instead of doing a refund after going back and forth with the day shift who did not want to correct her mistake so it wouldn't be counted against him I was able to get 10% of the second half of my stay for one room although the location was perfect being about 20 minutes from the Tampa Airport I will never stay at this hotel again nor would I recommend anyone to stay here

We booked this room because it was close to the Tampa Airport. It was great. The room was comfortable with lots of room. The bed was wonderfully comfortable. And best of all the Airport was less than 15 minutes away, which was the best for our very early morning flight. I've bookmarked it so that we can stay there again.

Downtown area by riverwalk was excellent. Lots to do.
Downtown area by riverwalk was excellent. Lots to do. Highly recommend Si-am Thaimerican Restaurant on Franklin St. Best around. Lot's of parking available, just google lots. But rather expensive: $30 for evening we stayed. Lots are all in good locations nearby to the locations we went to.

I would not!
I would not! The room that we stayed in was Very outdated especially for the price. The hotel had a smell of dog once you entered the lobby and smell on the floor we stayed on was even worse. The tile on celling on the floor that we stayed in was missing. We wanted a none smoking room because we do not smoke and can not stand the smell of it and the room clearly smelled of smoke and the hallway was even worse. The beds was very thin and uncomfortable. To top it off they tell you that the food and drinks are complementary, AND IT IS NOT! They charge a 200 holding fee and it will come out of that. The food was not good we had wings and they were so huge it was unbelievable we did not eat them. I even called and spoke with a gentlemen and he couldn't even explain it. He know its confusing and hard for him to explain. They also charge for daily parking. My sister and her husband stayed just down the street at the Hampton Inn and the overall hotel and especially their room was so much better. Definitely would not stay there again.
The Hyatt House Tampa Downtown is a great hotel. The staff is really friendly and helpful, especially the cleaning staff. The cleaning staff did a great job making sure the room and common restrooms were really and I mean really clean!
Beds and cushions were really comfortable and we had a great view on the city.
The hotel has a nice bar where we enjoyed several days the happy hour, the Cuban croquetas and chicken I can recommend.
Thanks guys for making our stay enjoyable.
The house was exactly as the description says and pictures show. It was clean and spacious for our group of 7 adults and 2 kids.
The location was good but only because we had cars with us. The neighborhood is up-and-coming but we felt safe. The kids even left their bikes and skateboards on the front deck overnight, and no issues. We were about 40 minutes from all of the major Tampa beaches, and only about 15 minutes from fun downtown spots.
I like that the property was closed by the airport and downtown Tampa area. Free parking was a plus! Price per night was good as we were there for 2 nights only. Next door to an ihop that is 24 hours and enterprise rental. Hotel does offer free breakfast but we did not wake up in time for a proper review. Offers early check in but at a 50.00 charge.
Great location near airport. Lobby and main area was very nice.....Enjoyed the style of the hotel with the garden-style open air interior.....Pool was fantastic after a long day of travelling.. Clean & Big, deep pool. Made the 1 night stay nearly perfect. Near stadium & Causeway to Beaches.....
excellent place to stay for one night after arriving at Tampa airport from UK. does what it says on the tin. comfortable beds, clean rooms although decor and furnishings are tired and worn. but it was low cost and perfectly pleasant for a night’s stay. not a hotel for a leisure break!
The house is spacious, clean, and conveniently placed near downtown Tampa.
Pamela (the owner) is so nice and friendly! During our stay, she just wanted to make sure that everything was fine and was helpful in addressing any need we had.
Totally recommended.
I stayed for just one night as I attended a concert in Tampa. The hotel room was what you would expect from a Quality Inn - nothing out of the ordinary. However, I did find it a bit pricey, probably because of its location in Florida.
The check in process was seamless. The interior of the property is beautiful and is consistent with the listing photos, the view is breathtaking. The location is great with easy access to TPA, downtown Tampa, and St. Pete-Clearwater.
Nice large room, clean and modern. Very good buffet breakfast with lots of seating. Lots of restaurants nearby and close to free trolley that takes you to either Ybor City or downtown Tampa . Also had a free shuttle to cruise port
I liked the outdoor area a ton. It was amazing, yo. Birds and nature all in the proximity of Tampa's attractions, restaurants, and downtown. Easy access to the up-and-coming areas in which you can find eclectic munchies.
The home is beautiful, and the location is perfect. All stores (walmart, publix, Dollar Tree, etc) are very close by. Close to the downtown Ybor area. When in Tampa, I will definitely stay again.
Location is great, as you can walk to multiple bars, restaurants and other hotels. The view is awesome. The room was big and very clean and had a nice size balcony overlooking downtown Tampa.
the rooms have two queen beds and a coffee maker. It is located next to the riverwalk and close to the downtown centre. There are a lot of waterfront bars and restaurants near to the hotel.
Beautiful hotel in a very happening area of Tampa. Room itself was luxurious and amenities exceeded expectations. Also helpful that there were friendly staff throughout our stay.
