The bed and linens were fine. A new bathroom was nice. A fridge was in the room. The room was clean. The furniture matched and was comfortable.The lighting was fine. If you have a first floor room, you park very close to your door, so it is very easy to unload your car into your room. The people at the front desk were pleasant and accommodating. You have to ask if you want clean sheets or towels. I was happy not to be bothered with maid service every day, and I threw out my own garbage in a garbage can outside. I was there for 5 nights.

Terrific and friendly staff always eager to help especially Will who developed a close bond with my 9 year old. The shuttle service was extremely useful and the complimentary dinner on weekdays was an added bonus. I would recommend it highly to anyone visiting long island.

The lovely man at the desk upgraded us to a beautiful and larger suite for my daughter and I as we were on a special trip that night. The location was perfect and our stay was wonderful.

The property was well kept. Everything was clean, and they had sanitizer dispensers in all common areas of the hotel. The staff was also very welcoming and made me feel at home. I also liked that the room was complete with a mini fridge and microwave, so I was able to heat my microwaveable meals when I didn’t feel like eating out. I definitely will be staying here again in the near future.
My husband and I enjoyed our stay at the Comfort Inn in Syosset. We just stayed 1 night for a wedding at the Fox Hollow. It was a great location for a great rate. The hotel was clean and the bed was comfortable. Free breakfast was ok, not much variety and the eggs looked gross but other than that it was fine. The waffles were good.
Breakfast was very good on Saturday. Sunday had to wait guite a long time for food to be set out and it was cold.
Sean the desk attendant was absolutely the best. Extremely friendly and very personable. He is an asset to your hotel.
