The staff were incredibly helpful. They made sure I had a space to park my moving truck even though there is not a lot of space available. The room was spacious.

The toilet had dried pee on the seat. Had not been cleaned. Hair on the back of the seat.
No tissue
The bed was hard. The comforter had holes and a burn mark? It was dirty. The blanket had hair all over it. The sheets felt like there was sand in them. I kept getting whiffs of pee smell from the mattress every time I turned over in bed. Super disgusting. Did a human or dog pee on the bed is all I could think of.
When I asked for extra pillows the staff was reluctant and just left me standing in the 75 degree waiting area. The waiting area was very shabby. The leather chairs had holes all over them.
Speaking of staff... Not a very happy bunch. No smiles. No pleasantries exchanged while waiting 10 minutes for pillows from the 3rd floor. Then to wait to have pillow cases found and placed on them.
It looked like there should have been a breakfast but there was not.

Nice little town.
Nice little town. Really like the gift store with the large mushroom and other sculptures outside, near the motel. Liked the patk - venue for performances. Looked like iSutherlin was livable. And its close to Roseburg and a hospital. Beautiful setting, friendly people.

It was the best motel 6 I've stayed at in 5 years. Cleanliness a 9, there was kids hand prints on window, and a little dusty on top of closet. No big deal, but it did cost them a 10 rating. Great location too.

They showed a nice coffee area in their photos but, NOPE none of that. That would have been nice since there was no in room coffee. But I did not go for the coffee, I went for a clean place to sleep. That I got. Clean bed, TV and towels in the bathroom that were clean and fresh. AM staff was mean but hey I did not go there to make friends. I was also able to give my fur baby a good nights rest and a run in the morning. So if your traveling with your fur baby and looking for a good nights rest and a shower stay at Motel 6 Sutherlin! They did not disappoint.

We sent to Sutherlin in hopes of finding a home so we could live closer to our family. The selection was limited, and by the time we could get a viewing they were all sold. I guess that makes it a popular place to live.

Didn't get handicapped room which I reserved.
Didn't get handicapped room which I reserved. Clerk was rude about it when I asked why. Said not kicking someone else out if room for you. Needed handicapped room due to wife who had a stroke. Stayed 2 nights did not get the beds made one clean towels the following day and when I asked about it was informed they only do that on Thursdays and I could have clean towels if I brought them to front desk. What happened to customer service? Had to ask for shampoo none was in room and the hardwood floors dirty. Plus pubic hairs in shower
The breakfast was next level - cooked on demand. You can tell the property owners take pride in this place. it was spotless - we saw a maintenance guy picking up leaf litter in the parking lot! There are numerous small touches too like the way the towels are arranged extra small toiletries in the rooms, etc. The location is right off the freeway and the town of Sutherlin has a smattering of restaurants. We stayed here as a halfway point bringing our son to college and it was very comfortable,
This was a great property it was comparable to a high end hotel. Breakfast was included as well. The breakfast include a made to order option which included your choice of omelets, eggs or pancakes with a side of country potatoes. They also had continental breakfast with it.

Nice clean motel. Typical motel 6 amenities. We upgraded to a fridge & microwave. Very accommodating of our Search dogs. Nice little fenced dog potty area. Lots of grass elsewhere. Will stay again.
Breakfast was excellent. In addition to the usual self serve options we were given options for cooked eggs (omelette) and fried potatoes. Best included breakfast at a Best Western yet.
This is a nice, clean, quiet place with the best breakfast (made to order) of any motel I’ve stayed at. I stay here every time I see my Dad in Sutherlin.
