We had a very nice stay. Everyone was super nice. The breakfast was amazing and the dinner time foods each night. We enjoyed the hot tub and kids loved the pool.

Decent stay. They didn't bother us , we enjoyed it as far as that goes. The room was clean for the most part. I accidentally left a mothers day necklace my little girl made me at school before our trip and I
tried calling the hotel for 4 hours straight the day after our return home from our 7 hour trip and no one answered the phones at all. I called customer service and they did a claim report and told me they would reach out to the hotel and someone would call me , but they never did. Disappointed in the customer service. Waffle iron for the breakfast was wobbly and didn't get done when timer went off, but over all was a good breakfast experience with the other things they offered.

Well with covid, not many food places open and lines of course were long. The whole eating area in the outlet mall was closed except a pizza and chicken place.
But we had fun with what little time we did have. It is horse country out there and would love to see it when all green with horses out. Beautiful place
