As a matter of a fact I did not like anything at all. The hotel is a franchise of Hyatt and has been remodeled TOTALLY! Does not have any of good services, facilities and good staff of Hyatt Regency that I expected. In 2015 I stayed in this hotel and loved it so much that this time I booked there, without knowing all has been changed, I mean ALL.

Staff was ineffective when the fire alarms went off and we had to evacuate. Nobody seemed to care about the guests especially, the elderly who were upset about getting to their rooms without an elevator. We left, but couldn’t check out, system down.

Comfy room, soft bed, good internet to get work done
We had a nice trip! We got in Friday evening and were still able to have food delivered right to our hotel room. We spent a good amount of Saturday at Legoland but it unfortunately rained the entire day so we didn’t make it to the mall like we were planning. We enjoyed our hotel and being from rural Wisconsin it was nice that the area wasn’t too busy and even better it was quiet.

I work in Chicago 1 week a month and have been doing this for 4 years. I was looking for a nice safe place to stay and was thrilled to finally found Schaumburg. Lot's of shops and restaurants. Easy access to all the major highways. Downtown Chicago is just down the road if you can deal with the traffic.

No tv guide so had to go thru channels one by one, wait thru commercials, try and figure out what was playing, go to next channel. Made tv virtually useless. Shower head was so low I had to use grab bar to lean way back and bend head backwards to wash hair. Very dangerous and left me with a backache. Toilet exceptionally low with no grab bar. I forgot two nice blouses in closet. Front desk assured me housekeeping checked closets after departure and would put belongings in lost and found. They must not have checked and next guests stole my blouses. Very, very unpleasant experience. Front desk unhelpful.

The staff was very unfriendly not a single smile from a single person. The amenities were practically nonexistent. There was hardly any lights on in the building. It was being renovated I think because there was hammering all day. I checked out two days early. The clerk never uttered a word the whole check in or out creepy!

Horrible customer service double charged me for my too.anf fighting me for my money back they are a fraudulent business wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy fridgerator didn't work didn't try to resolve the issue no clean towels like they hadn't even checked the room properly
The staff was VERY kind and helpful. Nice made to order breakfast in the morning. They had French toast and eggs, sausage, bacon, yogurt, variety of toasts and breads, oj,coffee,and breakfast potatoes.
