Everything was perfect except the bed was very old and not confortable. The staff was very very nice and polite. It is very clean and well maintain.

The best city in Illinois and probably one of the best in the U.S. Transportation was good except that you have to wait an extra 30 minutes for a bus in case you missed one. I would recommend visiting the Naperville Cemetery on Washington St. for some interesting gravesites. The #530 bus will take you there if you're not traveling by car.

Naperville is a large suburban community in the western suburbs of Chicago. Good access by car and train, but not much else in terms of transit. The downtown is highly walkable and offers many shops and restaurants. Nice place to visit and a great place to live.

Hotel had a great location. Close to shopping, restaurants & downtown area. Easy access from highways & tollway. We attended a family function in the area but there were many kids at the hotel attending sporting events. Lots of activity in the area. Nice to see people out & about having fun.

The Naperville, Illinois best western hotel site was very clean and entire staff rock. Ken ( the assistant manager) & entire front desk, day & night team was just amazing and welcoming. I will traveling more, and this will be my permanent location moving forward whenever l travel to Naperville🥰

One of nicest towns in USA.
One of nicest towns in USA. Downtown is clean lots of restaurants bars clubs and plenty of smal to medium shopping. Every outle is there. Easy acces to highways and large shopping malls too. Train to Chicago.
I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel, nice size bathroom, nice comfortable beds, my friend and I had the queen size and it was very, very quiet on the floor we stayed on. There were a lot of weddings going on and those who stayed there were very friendly along with the staff and I felt very comfortable.
We absolutely love Hotel Arista. We have stayed there many times, but this was the first time we brought our two small dogs. They loved it too! Warren was so good to them and gave them treats every time they walked through the lobby. The room was clean and spacious. We highly recommend Hotel Arista.
When we went to our room - we loved that we could open up the door and air out our room. We let the outdoor air inside. That was very important with Corona Virus - fresh air. Secondly the room was neat and clean and the location was fantastic for us - near the Riverwalk in Naperville.
This motel is clean and always in order. Comparison to the one in Bridgeview, the Naperville one is excellent. Always a place to park late after 11p, easy entry with no hassle, clean room with fresh towels, quiet and awesome staff. I love coming to the Naperville Motel 6.
I loved the comfortable bed and the room was clean. The breakfast was very different from most other hotels. I was very happy we picked this hotel to stay in for our business trip overnight. Close to lots of things to do and good places to eat.
We are happy that we booked this hotel for our 3-night stay in Naperville, May 2022. We coudn't find any flaw worth mentioning. I believe that Hampton Inn Chicago-Naperville has the potential to satisfy any non luxury oriented customer.
The hotel felt very upscale boutique and the location was incredible. Access to great shopping and dining only steps away. The river walk is a beautiful area and offers a wide variety of entertainment for all ages.
Second stay at this hotel. Large room with king bed and couch. Very dark room. Clean and well kept. Has indoor pool and fitness room but did not use. Good hot breakfast. No decaf coffee in the breakfast area.
Older property, but comfortable bed and quiet for a busy motel near downtown Naperville. Ideal for weiry travellers, but could see charm if in town for Ribfest or visiting family
Cheaper than most. Near multiple things to do or places to eat. Could see that the rooms being cleaned had been sheets removed. This tells me that they should be fairly clean.
