Staff was ineffective when the fire alarms went off and we had to evacuate. Nobody seemed to care about the guests especially, the elderly who were upset about getting to their rooms without an elevator. We left, but couldn’t check out, system down.

We had a nice trip! We got in Friday evening and were still able to have food delivered right to our hotel room. We spent a good amount of Saturday at Legoland but it unfortunately rained the entire day so we didn’t make it to the mall like we were planning. We enjoyed our hotel and being from rural Wisconsin it was nice that the area wasn’t too busy and even better it was quiet.

The location was okay.
The location was okay. Plenty of shopping and easy access to expressways. Be aware that you have to pay tolls and that's not an easy thing to do if you're just traveling through. We added an e-toll pass to our rental order but it cost $11.95 per day and we didn't use it nearly enough but we were certain to be sure we paid the tolls without having to go online and try to figure it out.

I work in Chicago 1 week a month and have been doing this for 4 years. I was looking for a nice safe place to stay and was thrilled to finally found Schaumburg. Lot's of shops and restaurants. Easy access to all the major highways. Downtown Chicago is just down the road if you can deal with the traffic.

No tv guide so had to go thru channels one by one, wait thru commercials, try and figure out what was playing, go to next channel. Made tv virtually useless. Shower head was so low I had to use grab bar to lean way back and bend head backwards to wash hair. Very dangerous and left me with a backache. Toilet exceptionally low with no grab bar. I forgot two nice blouses in closet. Front desk assured me housekeeping checked closets after departure and would put belongings in lost and found. They must not have checked and next guests stole my blouses. Very, very unpleasant experience. Front desk unhelpful.

The staff was very unfriendly not a single smile from a single person. The amenities were practically nonexistent. There was hardly any lights on in the building. It was being renovated I think because there was hammering all day. I checked out two days early. The clerk never uttered a word the whole check in or out creepy!
The room was large, clean, and looked just like the photos online. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was spacious. There was plenty of room to hang up our clothes, as well, which is rare in hotels. The desk area had plenty of room as well, which was important as I had to take work meetings while on my trip.
Very clean room, I didn't worry about breakfast, shopping near the hotel with about 5 minutes walk.
Everything you needed is available, friendly staff, and a safe place place.
For me it exceeded my expectations, Lovely big fridge and microwave.
I will come back again to stay there, really value for money.
This location is one, among several, within our hotel districts, all near where I live. I can work from my computer, so I like a little vacay lat these nearby places. My room was very spacious, with a big desk and leather chair, so I can work for hours there, w a little fridge and microwave in th same room.
Breakfast was good with a variety of hot and cold items.
Hotel and rooms was very clean.

I have been staying in Extended stay for more than 10 years. The hotel is homely but recently the standard are dropping. l stayed in Boston and Chicago but Boston was the waste
The hotel location was perfect for what we were doing in Schaumburg. The price was a bit high for the room quality. The shower was nice and it was nice having two bathrooms.
