It was delightful until I realized breakfast ended at 9:30am. You could give your guests a bit more time to transform from hate the world to less groggy.

First and foremost "Air Quality"; (Not to dry/not Humid/no Musty odor)
Had super and a cocktail. Wait staff was attentive and hospitable.
The front desk staff was awesome. Breakfast was ok but they don’t restock after they run out even if it’s an hour left. Homeless guy was hanging in front lobby they told him to leave several times. Noisey due tonight brain which runs late at night. Doors slamming all hours of night. But beds were comfortable .. clean rooms., WiFi and tv were nice. Culver’s restaurant next door. Lots of food places close by. Savage easy to get around. I’ll avoid hotels next to freight train tracks.
