That place needs a deep cleaning. There were spider webs all along the second floor balcony and around the vending machines. To this moment I still don't have a receipt showing we were there. When we checked in with Ms sharon, she never gave me a copy of what I signed. Upon check out Ms Lila gave me a cash return for checking out early and then called me on my cell phone to drive back to the location because she need the funds back. She had made a mistake, and still no receipt of payment. They need training in the worst way

Sanford is a town that I "always" just passed through, but thi time my boss said to STAY 2-3 nights. Iloved the small town friendly people. There were many interesting picture opps in the downtown area. One of the best parts is : It's about 1/2 the way to the NC coast!!!

Sanford is where my daughter lives so in terms of that, it's great. There are decent and really good restaurants, plenty of places to get supplies and since we love ordering food take out, that we could UberEats our take out, we felt like we were in the big city.

There was a variety of food for breakfast and was very good.
The only down thing was the couch and we couldn't sit on it.
Bubba's restaurant had three best subs I've ever tasted.
Trail Hollow was perfect for our family. Everything we needed was supplied in the house. The available coffee and toiletries were a nice, very appreciated perk. The house was super clean. Beds were very comfortable. There was plenty of seating in the open, spacious living area. Check in and out was super easy and key pad on the front door was very convenient. The neighborhood was quiet and super cute.
When i walked in all i smelled was cleanliness. I have stayed in many hotels and have never smelled one that smelled like that. Not only that my room smelled the exact same way and was very clean to back up the smell. The staff were super friendly and the pool was indoor but the roof was open i had a lovely time at this hotel.
The hosts were fantastic. The house was immaculate and extremely comfortable. I wouldn’t have charged a thing about the house or my time there. The hosts were extremely responsive and even gave me tips about the local area. The snacks were a very nice touch.
If you are looking for a quiet location in a good neighborhood, this is the place to go. It is in a gated community just minutes from downtown Sanford, NC. My staff and I were in town on business. This made the trip comfortable and convenient.
