This hotel was close to home, but it felt like we were on a nice vacation. Everything was great, we had lunch and dinner and breakfast. Loved the atmosphere and view.

Staff very professional. Front desk check in and check out. Woman in charge of morning breakfast was splendid and helpful. Room clean up housekeeper was also very nice directing us to other things available for us. We left tips to the breakfast attendent and in the room for our housekeeper. I was in a situation where I couldn't go somewhere else. The office had a microwave but said it hadn't been working at that time. The tub drain was clogged with hair and slime. AC kept shorting out. It was absolutely the worst and I wish I could get some of my money refunded having to buy coffee at a restaurant and pay high price for food and blankets and towels and losing money in inoperable washer. What a horrible experience.

First night my preg gf couldnt sleep cause people upstairs. No rooms downstairs to change too. 4th night switched rooms and by night killed two roaches in the room . I've stayed here before and this time ended up staying 5 days .
Would like some kinda comp or something to ever return. I just booked 8 days this Monday because Ive heard no response or sorry from manager

I felt like i was in china more than USA. Evrything out der in rowland heights had to do wid chinese ppl. Infact d supermarket also had all chinese nd korean stuffs.. really dissapointed with the locality. D only good thing was there is Dennys Diner. Dats it.

Very Dirty Hotel and I booked 4 nights but couldnt stand it after living 1 night, I wanted to leave the hotel. And I asked the working staff whether the remianing night fee can be refund,they said yes.and they were not willing to show any slip that stated the situation. They said just gave them 5 bussiness day to handle this refund. And until now ,they never did. really bad experience in the hotel. it offered you bad service and cheated you money!
After long days at Disneyland it was great to come back to a home and not a hotel.when visiting again in the future this will be our go to.Thanks to all
