Beautiful property. Well worth the price. The hosts are super friendly and communicate well with you. There are even snacks you can purchase for a great price as well in the kitchen. We absolutely loved our stay and plan on staying again soon! ☺️

Always love the view, and in the early evenings listening to the sounds of the river and water fowl. Everyone is friendly and helpful. And the breakfast has improved since my last state with more hot food items. I like to come to the Grants Pass area every year or two, and this place is always my first choice if I can get a room.

everything was new and clean. the staff was sympathetic and helpful. i needed an overnight stay after eye surgery earlier in the day. sinc i live 100+ miles from the doctor and i had to return the next day for a follow up, i needed a place to bed for the night.
the receptionist kindly gave me an early check in and the quietest room she had. the breakfast was good and there was sufficient variety.
Rogue River is gorgeous! We only stayed 1 day, wish we had longer to explore the nearby waterfalls and caves we didn't get to! We did a half day rafting trip with Arrowhead Adventures, and they were the best! I wish we would have done the full day trip.

Location, location,location.
Location, location, location. It is great to be right on the river. The temperature seems several degrees cooler than the valley floor (Medford). Town of Rogue River is small but has several nice stores and decent Mexican restaurants.Palmerton Park / arboretum is a gem.
The general manager, who was working the front desk, was very friendly when we checked in. He was also there in the morning when we checked out. We appreciated how personable he was.
The hotel itself was great but our favorite part was the hot breakfast. That is so hard to come by these days. It’s only been the second one we’ve gotten after staying in multiple hotels over the last 10 days.
Pet friendly. They give your dog a welcome package at check in. Their limit on dogs is two dogs per stay. We had three small dogs and they made an exception. The staff was very friendly. The hotel is near a river.
This little hotel is very good at what it does -- provide a clean, functional, welcoming space with a very nice location at the beginning of a 7 mile green belt path along the Rogue River.
Impeccable hotel with very friendly staff. After traveling through 7 states, it’s hands down my favorite hotel of the trip. Attention to détails was remarkable!
Nice size rooms, breakfast was good with hot entrees, lobby clean and welcoming. Staff friendly. Easy on/off freeway. Park and Rogue River across street.
Location was great and felt very safe. The staff was friendly and helpful. Also, the hotel was nicely updated, clean and had very pretty local artwork.
