Loved everything about the Hotel Bellclaire. Upper west side location is perfect, so close to museums and the park. Staff so friendly and helpful. Our room was huge by NY standards. My sister and I each had our own full size bed. Will return here next time in NYC.

The bus stop was across the hotel. Took me literally 11 mins to get to Manhattan. The hotel room was comfortable and quiet. I loved the breakfast omelet . I enjoyed my stay in here .

Good bed. Clean room. No parking. Had to park on grass along with 30 other guests and was boxed in at 6:30 the next morning which delayed my departure. The unacceptable parking situation negates all the good of the place. I will not stay there again.

I would not recommend this hotel.
I would not recommend this hotel. The breakfast was ok if you wanted to wait in a line to order it for 30 minutes and then wait another 15 minutes for it to be cooked - no healthy options at all, no fruit, or cereal. the hotel carpets were filthy and looked like they needed to be replaced. the location was terrible and not close to anything at all apart from a very large park.

The beds are very comfortable. The tv size and convenience of mini fridge and microwave is nice. The cleanliness of the room was excellent. The negatives: access to hotel parking lot can be a liability and or cause a fatal accident. Desk staff need training on greeting customers with their attention and not carry on about other work stuff in front of a customer. Kept getting billed over agreed amount which is very concerning. Made several transactions when should just been 1. What is that about really?

Was bad experience with this hotel no transportation no bus no any thing around we just asked the lady in the reception to cancel she say no you have to pay for 4 nights and we pay her but we could cancel before we pay and she say you have to pay now and later ask the manager for cancellation she was so mean they night shift guy was nice he say you can cancel any time . And we cancelled we just went to Hampton inn in Teaneck was awesome.

The reason why I have a problem with my stay at the hotel and my bathroom if it was a roach and on the stand TV stand there was ants got enough breakfast got in our juice got in our cups and we took pictures of it. There was also soda bottles and the reclining chair in the room dirty straws on the side of the heater markings on the toilet this list could probably go on and on dirty towels and washcloths as well wasn't able to use the pool that's the whole point of this stay.
The room was clean and the staff were very helpful. Felix, the receptionist and Antonio, the breakfast waiter were very friendly and accommodating. The cleaners were very attentive. It's a bit out of the way to visit NY, but this is made up for by the bus stop in front of the hotel where the bus comes every hour.
The hotel is clean, and its amenities are sufficient for standard accommodations. There's nothing wrong with the facility, which is great. One standout feature is the free car park with easy access to the hotel, providing excellent service for guests. Overall, it's a comfortable and well-maintained place to stay.
This hotel was convenient to get to, had excellent beds and amenities. The room was very clean and very roomy. I will be staying here again. I usually like to try out different hotels but his place is a keeper. Only 116 for the room and a 50 dollar hold for incidentals.
Excellent customer service from check-in. The front desk agents are alll very friendly. I believe Joseph was the manager during my stay and he does just that. I had the opportunity to experience what real hotel management looks like 👍🏽.
I loved everything. We stayed 1 night only. They had a pool and jacuzzi. The hotel is really well kept everything was cleaned and looked like new. The staff was nice. Late check out @ 12 and got a comp hr so left at 1pm
Even though I only stayed one for night the hotel was very very nice and super super comfortable they only thing I wished it that they would’ve told me about the breakfast buffet but besides that it was super nice
Everything was perfect! I felt like at home, the hotel staff is lovely, helpful and welcomes you always with a smile. The food at the restaurant is delicious. I'll definitely come back!
