I want to love Potosi more than I do.
I want to love Potosi more than I do. One of the most scenic and beautiful parts of the state, but it’s lack of hotel infrastructure, quality restaurants and tourist attractions makes it harder to visit on a more consistent basis. The biggest shock for me is the lack of restaurants. How are there no great local farm to table restaurants in and around the community? Or more great wineries popping up like Edge Cliff? There just needs to be more added to make the area attractive to visitors from Saint Louis and the Metro East region out in Illinois.
