We stayed only one night, but it was incredible, everything was super clean, our room was very clean and comfortable, the breakfast buffet was fantastic, the only bad thing was that there was a storm and we couldn't enjoy the bonfire outside, or sit and see the river But about the hotel, I can only say good things. We would definitely stay here again, the cleanliness of the room was impeccable, I give them a 10 👍🏻

Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Pigeon Forge is set in Pigeon Forge, within 400 metres of The Grand Majestic Theater and less than 1 km of Country Tonite Theatre.
The property was near and clean, food was really good!
Pigeon Forge is a family entertainment hotbed in the Great Smoky Mountains. Though ‘great’ is quite an understatement, as the sight of blue mist hovering above forested peaks is simply breathtaking.
The most famous attraction is undoubtedly Dollywood, where a steam train puffs around a host of rides and shows in a theme park named after country legend Dolly Parton. Within the grounds is the Southern Gospel Museum and Hall of Fame, and next door are pools and waterslides at Dolly’s Splash Country.
Cowboy boots should be at the ready for the singer’s Dixie Stampede dinner theatre and the Country Tonite Theater, and toe-tapping is also virtually guaranteed at the Grand Majestic Theater and Smoky Mountain Opry.
The Old Mill is a wooden watermill on the Little Pigeon River, once part of a forge complex which sparked the town’s name. Also by the river are some Pigeon Forge outlet malls and the NASCAR SpeedPark which hosts car and truck events. The Elvis Museum houses memorabilia of ‘The King’ while the Titanic Museum is a floating, half-size replica of the doomed ship.
This is just the tip of the iceberg and with Booking.com’s great deals on pet-friendly hotels and cheap motels on Pigeon Forge Parkway, you might just be tempted to do what the town’s sign requests: Y’all come back.
Love Pigeon Forge. Would highly recommend a family vacation.
Love Pigeon Forge. Would highly recommend a family vacation. The Island was wonderful. The shops and attractions were easily accessible. Traffic is little rough at times but, still was able to maneuver around town. Shoney's was a great affordable place to eat, food was good! Motown, Dixie Stampede, Titanic, Sky fly ride in the Island are all good places to check out while you are there. They are a little pricey but worth going to see and checking them out.

The Titanic was awesome, some of the restaurants were good.
The Titanic was awesome, some of the restaurants were good. If I had researched that Gatlinburg was so close we would have stayed there instead.... Plus our hotel was really dirty just made the whole experience blah.

This place is a tourist trap.
This place is a tourist trap. I was there 18 years ago and was a beautiful, quaint, river town....not anymore! So many people and tourist attractions, you can't even see the beauty of the town anymore, it's so built up.
The Old Mill Restaurant is the only thing worth seeing/experiencing.

It reminded us of Branson, MO. It was a playground for sure.
It reminded us of Branson, MO. It was a playground for sure. Great for folks of all ages. We ate at the Timberwood Grill and it was real good. It was easy although congested, getting around town. We used the trolley for some transportation... $3/day is a deal.
We like Local Fare.... so we avoid the chain places that you see in every tourist area in the country. To me that really kind of cheapened Pigeon Forge. I looked for a more local, authentic feel.

Pigeon Forge is a wonderful place to visit.
Pigeon Forge is a wonderful place to visit. I love the dinner shows and Dollywood. They had numerous different attractions to visit. We go there at least once every couple of years I have just about anything you want to do from riding the coasters to dinner. Theaters shows museums.
Unfortunately, from the moment you arrive at the entrance of the Hotel you see everything DIRTY, the reception, the hallways, and upon entering the room the dirty bathroom: Toilet, Sink. After 6 hours of traveling to arrive at this!!! My husband went to buy towels and used bleach and we managed to clean the bathroom a little! Actually at 11 at night looking for other accommodation and/or arguing at reception was a waste of time because we thought we could get a worse room. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT!!! This time very bad experience!
This hotel exceeded my expectations, lovely warm welcome at reception where you can help yourself to donuts, coffee, fruit & lemonade. The room was perfect, bed was super comfy. The facilities were great, lovely pool area with pool toys and hot tub. Fire pit with music in the evening and smores. Plenty of parking and walking distance to The Island. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. Added bonus of breakfast vouchers for Reagan's pancake house.
We would definitely stay here again, the cleanliness of the room was impeccable, I give them a 10 👍🏻
The hotel was decent. Nothing spectacular but nothing horrible either. The rooms were nice. The indoor pool was amazing, especially the lazy river. Zack was very welcoming and exciting to talk with. The rooms were pretty clean. The shower had very hot water, which is amazing. The location was easily accessed and close to everything on the parkway. It was really quiet at night.
This was our second stay at this location and we enjoy the location to Dollywood, but when we stay here it has dominos pizza and a Hardee’s within walking distance or driving if you choose without having to get out on the parkway. Also there is a dollar general directly next to hotel for any forgotten essentials. The breakfast in the morning is delicious.
I enjoyed this hotel more than about any other I have stayed in. The service was exemplary, the room was outstanding , and most of all, the idea that the Christmas deco might be a little cheesy is absolutely misguided. The Christmas decorations throughout the hotel were fantastic. The place is just beautiful in every way. We enjoyed it immensely.
Room was CLEAN & very spacious. Enjoyed the fireplace. Employees were all friendly. Definitely got my money's worth. Location was right in the middle of Pigeon Forge, even close enough for a quick drive up to Gatlinburg. Plenty of things for a family to do together. This will be my go-to hotel everytime we go to Pigeon Forge!
Wonderful location in the always lovely Pigeon Forge, and situated right in front of the Apple Barn (no affiliation though). The room and bed were comfortable, and the bathroom was clean and had the expected accommodations. Even though our room was facing the busy road, we couldn’t really hear the sounds of traffic outside.
Typical hotel breakfast..was kept clean and stocked
Room was very clean, cleanest we have had in pigeon forge, fresh remodel..location was great, right off parkway, so easy to get in and out of lot,but right around corner from lumberjacks,,close to everything,,and bowling right across street if you enjoy that
The breakfast man was really nice and very sweet to my son. We liked that there was a pool and the location was great because it was accessible (from Sevierville) without having to get on the parkway. It was also at the end of Pigeon Forge and made going to the National Park easy.
The location was very convenient, The breakfast that was served every morning was phenomenal. The River was a nice touch to the hotel the staff was very nice my girls loved that they had popcorn and hot chocolate every night. over all we had a great stay at the inn on the river
Staff was super friendly! Hotel and rooms where clean and smelled great! Breakfast was great all hot and fresh! Love that you allow pets! Great location close to everything! Would recommend and will defiantly be back again, it’s the only place we stay in pigeon forge!
Room was spacious for our family of 5, good amount of room for kids to be kids. Breakfast was good, The pools were very nice, we didn't use the indoor pool so not sure about that one. All in all, I will be returning to this hotel in the future.
This was our first time in pigeon forge so I wasn’t familiar with the area and I just picked a hotel and I was very impressed. Everyone was nice and the multiple pools was a bonus. I even booked an extra night because I wasn’t ready to leave.
