Great area everything is in walking distance especially if you don't have a car and Palatine also has public transportation near if you need to take a bus or taxi. Restaurants are very close as well and shopping centers. Very affordable.
The staff were nice and helpful but the hotel was very nasty it smelled horrible I had flying fruit flies in the room the towels where stained the hotel needs major remodeling never stay there again
The guy at the front desk is very pleasant and friendly he is helpful and have a welcoming attitude. This hotel is very convenient and close to everything and the price was good.
