This space is fantastic in every way. It is centrally located near everything you could possibly need - and we felt safe in the neighborhood. The building itself is very well-kept - and the penthouse is so clean, bright, and comfortable. We loved the artistic elements that are thrown into the space - we continued to find interesting fixtures and decor throughout our stay.

There is not much that I can say that is positive.
There is not much that I can say that is positive. I did have WIFI. The maid service was poor. I went 3 days without a change in towels or wash clothes. There is not food service, no continental breakfast, no restaurant for meals. I checked out 1 day early and they could not handle the early check-out. They told me to call you, but there was no telephone number on my confirmation. This is one motel that I would never stay at again. They were in reconstruction mode and since it is being done by the managing staff, it may never get done. The toilet rocked when you sat on it. There was a dirty smell throughout the halls.
