Quiet, clean, located near the airport. The staff helped us with transportation suggestions for returning to the hotel after taking our rental car to the airport the evening before we flew out. The shuttle runs only in the morning so she gave us the number to use for a taxi. The shuttle service in the morning was great!

Generally sketch vibes, roach motels, don’t expect to get any sleep at night because your motel next door neighbor is gonna be testing out his new ryobi impact drill that his homie just traded him for a dub of skante and some bud (outdoor) . Then the walls are thin so you can hear all the motel next door neighbors doing the George Michaels, if you know what I mean , all through the mf night. and you’ll end up just sitting in the dark, roachs are crawling, feels like someone is watching you in your room, homless people are just gonna open your door and come in if you leave it unlocked I’m not even kidding

I really enjoy visiting Ontario CA. They have many places to shop at, kind people around the city, and have many beautiful views. My favorite spots where going to the golf course they have, the parks, and the food. I ate a pizza from 7 eleven on fourth and baker, which the pizza was so good 👍. Getting around Ontario CA is so easy.

However The Ontario Mills Mall Improv Comedy and surrounding sites,etc. Make it a great place to visit! Foodie interests went through the roof with restaurant offerings and this local fried chicken house called Donhues in Ontario CA! We thought we'll just try it based on word of mouth ..lol It became a habit of sorts as a go to especially as it was fresh fried chicken to order with these rolls! 😱 This review is done can someone call in a snack box Strawberry Lemonade wedge potatoes

Great hotel , good location , the only offered room and clean towel service every three days and view was of a gas station so eh!
Overall this is about the second or third time I have stayed here and I never had any issues as far as noise or finding parking. I do like that it is close to certain fast food places and the Chevron next to it makes it easier to fill up before going on a trip. It's not too far from other locations like Ontario Mills or events that happen near by. The complementary breakfast was also good. Can't complain and will stay here again in the future.
Let me start by saying that staying at The Best Western in Ontario was a very very pleasant experience. The front desk check in lady Lisa was absolutely amazing. She was patient, courteous, and just a great person. The hotel room was clean, had a lot of room, and had great amenities. The front desk was able to find a room for me and my guest after BOOKING.COM made a mistake and NEVER sent them my reservation information.
I like that the Lobby has high ceiling snd feels like a 4 star hotel. The bathroom is okay it is just so small soap for bathing. They have no dispenser for soap, conditioner and lotion. We have to do with what they provided us which they do not refill daily.
It was ok for the two nights I had to stay there. And it was the most reasonable price I found on the booking.com app so that's why I chose this hotel. It looks decent from the outside but the rooms on the inside aren't all that great to be honest.
Pros: very clean (and I am picky), very comfortable, as quiet as a hotel near an airport can be and fresh water always available in the lobby. Fitness center was clean. Breakfast was well maintained, hot, and plentiful. Waffles are really good!
My family and I always visit when we go to Ontario for business. We love the price,our room was very spacious. The breakfast is awesome too. Location is great, it is near everything. Melissa on the front desk is super friendly and helpful.
I liked the location, it's right by Ontario Mills, across the street from it. My room was a great size, had a fridge and a microwave. Also had a sofa bed for any addition guests. The bed was comfortable as well. I would stay here again.
We went during Xmas time and it was beautifully decorated fir Christmas. We always stay here the night before we have a flight from Ontario. We have never had a issue. It's a older hotel but clean and great fir the price.
overall was a great hotel… but on our last night some kind of pepper spray or tear gas happened.. we had to leave the room for many hours.. and the hotel never reached out to compensate or explain what had happened.
This was our sixth different stay over at this hotel. The great location is great, we love the divider wall bedroom /living room. Good breakfast, good upkeep of the hotel.
