The staff was very nice and the hotel was very clean! Even though the property was not brand new, everything was gleaming- even the interior of the elevator. I could tell someone was placing emphasis on cleanliness and managing the staff well who did the cleaning.

The check-in went well. We were earlier than expected, but everything was ready. Everyone we dealt with was very nice and helpful. The room was cleaned perfectly every day.

I really liked the size of the room and the kitchen! It was fun spending time with my family in a nice room. The bed was comfy and the shower relaxing. My niece enjoyed going to the pool even tho it got a bit cold! She still had fun! I also loved the big fridge in our room!

Not easy walking distance to stores. Very busy street. Broken venetian blinds. Some lights didn't work. Air smelled of stale cigarette smoke. No tea or coffee, sugar, creamer, etc. Had to climb on a chair to find a kettle to boil water and then had hot water to drink.
Design was nice, fireplace was nice, shower worked well.
Customer service was unhelpful to the point of rudeness.
