My beautiful woman and I was so excited for the whole experience. Starting on our little getaway. I booked everything online with booking.com. We were a little earlier than check in. And the front desk employee was very helpful and professional.

I had an exceptional experience with the breakfast at Best Western of Wise. The variety of options was impressive, catering to all tastes with fresh fruits, hot pastries, and a selection of cereals. During my recent stay at the The Inn at Wise, I was truly impressed by the overall ambiance and atmosphere. From the moment I arrived, I felt an inviting and comfortable vibe that set the tone for a relaxing stay.

Room was okay for a good price. Then there was the black hair in the bathtub - definitely not ours! Breakfast - what breakfast? Total disappointment there!!! Not even any coffee when we went to get "breakfast," had to wait about 10 minutes till they refilled the thermos pot. So, I'm sorry to say, our stay wasn't what we expected after reading the reviews - this place did not live up to an "awesome" rating.
Hotel had a smoky smell I believe it was pot but I could be wrong. It was advertised with a continental breakfast but during check in they told me they no longer offer that but they would have muffins.
No breakfast and common areas were dirty. I think they must be doing construction. We also didn’t have any towels and I had to go to the front desk to get some.
