The room had been recently refurbished and was pleasant. The decor was light and simple; bath/shower new and fresh.

The make manager was very 'short' with me and there was an issue with the water not getting very hot due to one of the 5 water heaters being broken. Mr. Manager gave me an "oh well" attitude and I had to do a follow up call to get a resolution. In the end, the person at the desk comped us a night. I never heard from the male manager again.

We had everything within short walking distance available to us. Just a few miles away we had the Montgomery Mall, if you forgot something, we could find it there. Excellent steak & sushi restaurants.
The room was large and spacious. The provided kitchenette had all the amenities expected. Bathroom contained decent toiletries. Guest Laundry services were easy to use. The fitness centre had several machines. I wasn't sure about the swimming pool and other facilities. Breakfast was standard American breakfast. Air conditioning worked well and kept the summer heat at bay. There is also plenty of free parking in front of the hotel along with several restaurants, shops, and eateries.
Breakfast was good with a nice variety of hot and cold options. Rooms were huge and very comfortable, and the hotel itself was nice and quiet. Staff were very friendly and helpful - I asked about luggage storage in the city on checkout and the staff member on reception was incredibly helpful - rang around some hotels in the city for me to ask about the possibility of luggage storage, and also printed off some information on luggage storage services for me.
Never saw property. 24 hours after I booked this place, I received an urgent email that my reservation was moved to another location due to extended stays at original place. I was very disappointed. New location in Horsham was very nice. BUT, the Residence Inn should not have accepted original reservation if there were no rooms. I booked a king suite. The 2nd location in Horsham only had queen suites.
Comfy and Cozy—with the personal touch of a boutique hotel but none of the attitude! Loads of old world charm. We booked on line and the desk clerk upgraded us to a suite on arrival. Superb dining on site. The staff was exceptional… even the shampoos, lotion and soaps were scented with an unusual, delicate orange blossom—honestly: couldn’t be happier with the Joseph Ambler!
I stayed in this hotel so many times, but last night was my last time I ended up with overcharges, different amount than I should pay using booking.com. Staff unhelpful after I called, left without explanation, had to call booking to resolve the issue, and than after that I got recharged double. Unacceptable!!!
The property looks very nice on the surface, the outside, and when you initially walk inside the property. Their coffee is really good.

The staff was really nice and accommodating. I believe the person I spoke to multiple times was Bri. I even thought I lost an item there and returned to the hotel and she had no problem helping me. I definitely appreciate her.
I have stayed at the Joseph Ambler Inn on seven occasions! Each room was exceptional. The restaurant is great.I love everything about the Inn. This is where I stay when I come home to visit!! It's wonderful!
