Staff, excellent, most comfortable beds, everything u needed
Short staffed. Didn’t receive maid service because they didn’t have our room on the list. Room smelled musty when we arrived. Cable didn’t work, refrigerator had to be plugged in after our food spoiled and then it made terrible noises all night. Every time we went out and came back our key wouldn’t work. Tub had rust . Sink had a slow drain. When we arrived had to wait about 10 minutes before anyone appeared to check us in.
The price was a value to me. $76.71 tax and all! Friendly staff, room was clean, sinks and shower drained fine (I have had slow draining plumbing in very expensive hotels and affordable hotels alike). The bed was firm the way I prefer and to be honest I was not expecting my experience to be that great because of the price but I was pleasantly surprised. Clean hotel even with it being remodeled. Have stayed he before several times since the place was built. This is the first major remodel. It was in need. So the dust and noise, while somewhat annoying, is to be expected and warrented.
The location was far enough outside of lexington that getting on the main road wasn’t an issue, easy drive to the mall, and exactly where i wanted to stay at. The bed and bathroom was nice and the staff was really nice
The shower was upscale. Very nice! The larger TV with a personalized welcome screen was a unique and enjoyable item. The breakfast was very good. The bed was very comfortable. It felt like a brand new hotel.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was typical hotel breakfast fare but was well stocked, kept clean and was all very tasty. The facility is pretty new and the room was very comfortable.
Easy parking, modern and clean lobby, kitchen area well staffed and stocked. Love the waffles. My room was ready and any problems were handles courteously and promptly.
